Pat Halperin is a guest host filling in on Hannity and Colmes

Dobson: We have got to reform this judiciary. It's out of control. We can't get out hands around them, and they are doing things the people want...

(rush transcript: please watch video)

Halperin: Somebody could go into a federal court and over rule your wife under this legislation? Do you think that's right? Of course Dobson doesn't answer the question...

Dobson: I really don't know what your're talking about...who else would I trust.

Halperin: Of course, and this is her husband....

Halperin: Of course, and this is her husband....

Halperin then hits him with a surprising FOX Poll: Who should make the decision: 45% Spouse, 38% Parents/Family 12% not sure. That's a mandate according to republicans.

If you were the guardian would you remove the tube: 59% said yes. If you were in Terri's place, what would you want the guardian to do: 74% said pull the tube....Hannity immediately cuts into the interview.

A conservative audience agrees with Michael Shiavo, Terri's husband and does not agree with Delay, or Frist. So how is the judge not doing what the people would want?

Dobson's response: Pat the people do not understand this case because the media has confused it...

Wrong Mr. Dobson, the media has reported on this case all day. It's Congress that has made it into a political game and has confused the issue.

The CarpetBagger has more on the judge: The Florida judge some 'pro-lifers' want to see dead ...Greer has been described as a "compassionate conservative" and a deeply religious man – yet he has become the radical anti-abortion movement's public enemy number one. He has been at the center of controversy for seven years now because the case involving Terri Schiavo happened to end up in his court. read on I thnk this evens the score at TCR

Nice to see Dobson beat up on one of his own people. Greer seems to be the type of judge Dobson would want for this case. These people are going to get more judges hurt if they keep this stuff up.
