Carville: Gore Should Be Obama's Veep

Al Gore would bring the Clinton supporters back into the fold, he's the only guy they can't hate for not being Hillary.

It is total Bullsh*t that women will go to McCain now that Clinton has bowed out. I'm tired of the media portraying women as spiteful harpies. No woman worth her salt will cross to Mccain, and if she does? Well then she isn't very bright!

Any congress critter who votes against impeachment of Bush and cheney are proving that they hold the Constitution and the rule of law in contempt. Regardless their party affiliation, they are thus unworthy of holding office. They need to lose their jobs ASAP.

FOX refer to Michelle Obama as Barack’s “baby mama“

Fox needs to apologize for insulting the Obamas with this racist and sexist slur.

The recent WSJ/NBC Poll shows Shillary supporters are already backing Obama over McGrampa. So LAC and the other whining losers can keep whining like pathetic stuck pigs.

Dear Fox News,

I am disappointed in your choice to appeal to racial bigotry in your broadcasts.

In a recent segment, you apparently paid Michelle Malkin to comment on Mrs. Obama. In the segment, she referred to Mrs. Obama (who has been married to her husband for 16 years) as his "baby's mama." The term is street slang used to describe the mother of an African-American child born out of wedlock. It is hardly appropriate to use the term to describe any person in a news broadcast. But it is wholly inappropriate to use it to describe a faithful and happily married mother, simply because she happens to be black. Last I checked, skin color was not synomymous with immorality. Yet this is what Michelle Malkin was paid to say on your network.

More alarmingly, the editors went a step further and committed this slur to on-screen text, essentially offering Fox News' endorsement Malkin's bigoted opinion.

Today, I have decided to boycott Fox News. Furthermore, I am going to aggressively encourage the businesses that I patronize (the banks, bars, and restaurants that I visit) to switch to CNN or MSNBC. It is a small gesture, but I hope that others will join me. People should not be accused of immorality because of the color of their skin.

"FOX refer to Michelle Obama as Barack’s “baby mama“

Perhaps they were taking a cue from the Obamas themselves - when he won the election for Senator for Illinois, during the televised victory speech, Michelle introduced Barack as "the Baby Daddy".

Obama campaign launches website to stop smears. There is a place on the site where you can also notify all of your friends. Rapid Response has proven to work best against the GOP slime machine.

Sorry about previous post. C&L has a section on this topic already.

Great Annals section especially. The Vanity Fair site seems to be down for now. But Hiatt's op-ed is one of the starkest examples of not being in the reality-based community I can recall. I guess he just doesn't read his own paper. He really never heard about Feith and the Office of Special Plans? If I could, I'd fire him immediately, and explain why.
