Is a couple of kids with a cup of coffee and a mop handle!

DAYTON, Ohio (WDTN) – Dayton police are crediting two children with stopping a burglar in his tracks Monday afternoon.

Officers say the burglar was breaking in through a window of a home in the 200 block of Kenilworth Avenue. They say one child threw coffee on the suspect. A 13-year old boy struck the suspect with a mop handle while two other children hid upstairs.

What? You mean they didn't have any guns, and ran the guy off, anyway?

The suspect was caught a few blocks away and is now in jail -- reeking of cream and sugar, no doubt.
