At any rate, with Iraq and Afghanistan there are now even more military bases and recently yet another aircraft carrier. I read once that there were over 400 bases around the globe, somehow protecting the national interest, which must be global military domination by inference.

When Afghanistan offered to turn over Bin Laden if the government would only provide them evidence of his involvement, the US government refused. That same government announced that they would be providing evidence "shortly", they haven't done so to this day.
The FBI does not list 9/11 on the most wanted poster for Bin Laden. They state that they have no evidence that he had anything to do with it.

I guess Monica Crowley & Sarah Palin have some wild secrets they don't share with the rest of us. And yeah, it sounds like Sarah Palin to me. And if you squint form a long distance on a foggy day, McCain does sorta knida look like John Forsythe. If Monica Crowley wants an unbalanced c***tease with law trouble to have her finger on the button, someone please put rat poison in her creme brulee (I've been led to believe that if you say it's satire, then wishing slow painful death on stupid people isn't wrong or libelous. Plot summary for
Kitten with a Whip (1964)
Jody (Ann-Margret), a juvenile delinquent, escapes from reform school by stabbing a matron and attempting to burn down the building and then takes refuge in a house owned by an ambitious politician David Patton (John Forsythe). Despite the hellcat's ample charms, the would-be officeholder wants nothing to do with her and tries to drive her away. She responds by shortly returning to his house accompanied by a gang of delinquent pals and taking him hostage. A sudden act of violence causes more trouble, leading Jody and her gang to hijack David and force him to drive a getaway car to Mexico.

One final note, Mystery Science Theater 3000 once did an episode on Kitten With a Whip. So if you compare the number those guys did on the movie with the number the anonymous bloggers continue to do on Sarah Palin, in that respect, Crowley's right, Palin IS like Ann-Margaret in Kitten With a Whip
