Speaker Mike Johnson told CNBC that if Republicans keep the House after the midterms, they will do exactly the same thing in the final two years of the Trump administration economically as they've been doing, which is good news for the Democratic party and bad news for the country.

The Democratic Party couldn't ask for a better political ad to run the next 30 days before the November election.

Joining Squawk Box, pro-Trump co-host Joe Kernen asked this question which resulted in a most peculiar reply from Jebus Johnson.

"What if you keep the House, what would you do for the final two years..." Kernen asked.

"What we would do in the next two years is exactly what we have been doing already,and that is putting the conditions in place for a strong America again," Johnson replied.

Since Republicans controlled all of Congress since Trump started his second term, the economy is tanking, job creation is flat, Trump's illegal tariffs ended up raising inflation and taxed the entire population. Fuel costs are devastating most of America, thanks to his dirty little Iran war.

Rents and mortgages are unmanageable, while food and service costs have skyrocketed. Couple that with rogue ICE agents killing US citizens wearing masks along with an unwarranted and disastrous war with Iran and we are where we are today.

Republicans are unable to change course in any way while Trump is in charge. They must debase themselves, undermine their congressional responsibilities, and saddle the country with pain and suffering to appease Vonshitzhispants.

Johnson then outlined fictitious successes for Trump which Kernen refused to push back on, before wrapping up with this.

"We've got so much more to do, and we can make things so much better," Johnson said. "We've just got to keep going."

America can't handle anymore of this incompetence from the Republican-controlled federal government.
