Donald Trump garnered support from his stance as an "outsider" and consistently pointed to the long time stays in D.C. as a problem. It didn't take long before he started promising to "drain the swamp" once elected. But now that he is the 45th President of the United States, will he do the draining, or will he become the scum on the top of the swamp?
