Morning Joe says that Rush is going to sue anyone in the media who claims Rush is a racist. Then Joe went on to defend Rush. WTF is going on?

ok

let me get a tin can , and yell into it , Lush you are a racist , lard ass coward asshole , bastard , loudmouth , chickenshit prick , and the type ( i hope ) who would even digust your mother , you self serving punk .
oh i dont have much , how about a few rounds in the ring instead , step on in , lardass .

)O(
so

Rush is going to sue the Monday night football folks first?

I don't know who all Rush is going to sue, but if he does this can the President sue Glenda Beck for calling him a racist? I know he won't but I wish he could.

gave much credit to sports players, but if they refuse to play for a team owned by Rush, then they will have my endless respect. Especially for saving the sanctity of my home team, even though it isn't the Cardinals anymore.

Apparently there are some racist quotes attributed to Rush out there which he denies making. One is about the streets being safer during the time of slavery. He and Joe say he never said that. I have no idea whether he did or not. But I do think playing the Magic Negro song on his radio show leaves questions about Rush's feelings.

has no problem with all the others he's said. I'm surprised he hasn't just said that the quote is untrue, but he wished he'd said it.

There should be no question about Rush's attitudes toward race. I've heard him enough time myself and have heard enough tapes of his shows and quotes to know that the record is pretty clear. They can deny all they want, but denial doesn't change the truth.

The only time the media cares about Texas executing an innocent man is when he's white.

and

may perry rot in hell .

His hair will never rot. There are too many chemicals on it to allow nature to take its course.

shot her foot off again , Russia is right to tell her to STFU , we have no moral standing to tell any country what to do , none what so ever ! . Being the largest arms dealer in the world ( up to 70 % ) we want peace ? right , give me a fucking break , BO , HRC , sit down and shut the fuck up .

And Good Morning to you too.

and all ,

funny how a few days camping and fishing , and one or two back just burns my shorts . Someday soon im just going to walk away from all the BS and try to die in peace .

No No No! Don't walk away and die, just do more camping and fishing. Every time a bad thought enters your head, replace it with a good one. Just recall the good emotions of the fishing and camping. Do not let the bastards get you down. If you get down and depressed the terrorists win....or something like that.

yea

it all started when i had a vision o rectormy , im working on it , lol .

Top 10 Racist Limbaugh Quotes

"I mean, let’s face it, we didn’t have slavery in this country for over 100 years because it was a bad thing. Quite the opposite: slavery built the South. I’m not saying we should bring it back; I’m just saying it had its merits. For one thing, the streets were safer after dark."

http://newsone.com/obama/top-10-racist-limbau...

That's the one and according to Joe and Mika, he never said it. Some guy who was on their show this morning said these sorts of things are started by little internet junkies who think they are journalists. The guys first name was Pat and I guess he was a sports announcer or something. His last name may have been O'Brien but I'm just not sure.

um

Seems the quote goes back to a book as a reference, not some blogger:

Rush Limbaugh is STILL Screwing Up America

From the book: "101 People Who Are REALLY Screwing America"

I bet the quote is sourced in the book. Either way it is not new.

)O(

The streets were indubitably safer after dark

But what's lacking is the causal relationship

Which rash implies is that

All blacks are criminals

Thus proving the charge against him.

indubitably without question

Obama's Climate - Change Hopes Get A Boost - http://www.nytimes.com/reuters/2009/10/12/wor...
U.S. Senator Barbara Boxer predicted the committee she leads would approve a bill before a U.N. climate summit in Copenhagen in December while Obama's Energy Secretary Steven Chu said he hoped all of Congress would pass a law by then.

A key U.S. Senate panel will take up sweeping legislation to battle global warming starting Oct. 27, weeks before December global climate talks in Copenhagen, the panel's chairwoman announced Tuesday.

US Coal Plants Dump Thousands of Gallons of Waste Into Drinking Water Supplies a Day - http://www.treehugger.com/files/2009/10/coal-...
"Why is anyone fighting to save these things again? A detailed report in the New York Times just revealed that hundreds of coal plants across the country are routinely dumping thousands of gallons of waste water into rivers and lakes--rivers and lakes that millions of people get their drinking water from."
Ummm...this stuff doesn't 'put hair on your chest'...it kills you and gives your family generational cancer.... And yet con-servatives love this stuff...as if it was oxygen... And the republicans in Georgia want to open even more of these....yippee!

Big Coal is 'Cleansing the Air' at the Expense of Waterways - http://www.nytimes.com/2009/10/13/us/13water....
MASONTOWN, Pa. — For years, residents here complained about the yellow smoke pouring from the tall chimneys of the nearby coal-fired power plant, which left a film on their cars and pebbles of coal waste in their yards. Five states — including New York and New Jersey — sued the plant’s owner, Allegheny Energy, claiming the air pollution was causing respiratory diseases and acid rain.
But the cleaner air has come at a cost. Each day since the equipment was switched on in June, the company has dumped tens of thousands of gallons of wastewater containing chemicals from the scrubbing process into the Monongahela River, which provides drinking water to 350,000 people and flows into Pittsburgh, 40 miles to the north.
Solution - get off coal as quickly as possible...and it is possible...

Profiles in Stupidilty from the Abyss of Oblivion: Have you heard the good news? There is no global warming. Sean Hannity said so. - http://www.treehugger.com/files/2009/10/hanni...
So take it from the KKK Grand Wizard in an Armani who has never had his own original thoughts....or you can trust 2800+ scientists that have dedicated their lives to the study of this (you know PHDs in Climate science...not economists that flunked Earth Science in junior high), IPCC, UN, the world's governments, CIA, DoD/Pentagon, Bush Administration (after malfeasance for 7 years), World wide Insurance Industry, Fortune 500 CEOs, etc, etc
Basically, it takes a real serious a-hole to be this frigging stupid....in the face of everything already happening (your lying eyes) and the empirical data which is peer reviewed for accuracy 10X over....

Limbaugh proudly claims to ‘have spawned’ Glenn Beck. - http://thinkprogress.org/2009/10/13/limbaugh-...
I'm thinking they grew him from Limbo's excrement...just a theory...but a darn good one...unlike 'trickle down economics' the most insane theory in the world, because there is zero empirical data to support it...just ask Laffer....
The only difference between the two is their poison....Limbo = Oxycontin, Beck = coke (not the kind made in Atlanta)....

Climate change denial update...Mother Jones: The Chamber of Commerce says it speaks for 3 million businesses. That just doesn't add up—we did the math.
According to their 2001 press release: "The United States Chamber of Commerce is comprised of 150,000 companies, 2,800 state and local chambers and 850 trade associations." Only one of the board’s 118 members represents a local chamber of commerce.
By counting the memberships of 2,800 local chambers as its own, the US Chamber is being deeply misleading. Unlike many true grassroots organizations, there is usually little or no relationship between the local chambers and the national organization. The Chamber "is not a governing body, chartering agent, or a regulatory agency for chambers of commerce," its website explains, "and we have no say in how chambers decide to run themselves."
Apparently, the Chamber’s claim to "represent" the 3 million individual members of local chambers is solely based on the fact that those local chambers are members of the national group—even though many of those chambers' individual members do not have a direct relationship with the national body.

A FITTING RESPONSE TO INSURANCE LIES: The White House on Monday blasted a report from the health insurance industry that said Senate healthcare legislation would lead to increases in annual insurance premiums of as much as $4,000 by 2019.

the free market comes back to bite RL.....
this group that he is a part of want to own a football team and if one person gets in their way he is out, gone, history, but if they want him to leave, they will have to buy him out to make him go away.
Limbaugh will not be an owner but he will make money off of the same dummies that thought Limbaugh would help them get a team........21st Century free market at work, the haves(2%) piss away more money on frivality than any of us will make in our lifetime and they still laugh in our faces.

BTW

Have the MSM focused in on the the fact that while unemployment is 10% and people are being forced out of their homes, a group of very wealthy assholes want to buy a football team that will cost maybe $2 billion(?) and the corporation that is handling the transfer of funds is none other than Goldman Sachs?
There must truly be a parallel universe out there and we ran right into it.

is still getting front page press.
somebody is funding her.

If Hillary was rebuffed

Does that mean she was already buffed

Or in the buff

To make that possible?

Perry needs to be under serious fire over this. Is the DOJ watching?

As for the Hitler clip, as I wrote over at Hullabaloo, I see several issues:

1) Glenn Thrush, like many in the MSM, is not aware of all internet traditions. Using that Downfall clip isn't that unusual.

2) Conservatives suck at comedy.

3) An alarming number of conservatives are crazy, and actually believe this crap. A still larger number of conservatives know it's crap, but are eager to fling it. Comparing Obama to Hitler-Stalin-Satan has been common on the right for some time now. The Beck excerpt is just the latest. (He also had Jonah "Liberal Fascism" Goldberg on recently.)

Thers explains all this quite well in relation to the clip:

Now, in the case of the "Moonbattery" video, there is no actual "joke" there, because the makers of the video apparently really do think that if Hitler were alive today, he sincerely would be behind Nancy Pelosi's ideas about healthcare reform. There is no comedic counterpoint between the high drama of the clip and a trivial current event as recounted in the subtitles. Indeed, the only way this particular video would work insofar as making a parodic point, it would be that people who think mainstream Democratic healthcare proposals are Hitler-ish are completely fucking insane. But that is the exact opposite of what the idiots who made the video seem to believe.
