This Week with Christiane Amanpour marks the passings of saxophonist Clarence Clemons, human rights advocate Yelena Bonner, supermarket executive Alan Haberman. In addition, the Pentagon has released the names of eleven service members killed in Iraq and Afghanistan.

According to iCasualties, the total number of allied service members killed in Iraq is 4.781; in Afghanistan, 2,534, of whom, 156 are Canadian. During this same period, 84 Iraqi civilians were killed.
