At about 3:45 PM EST I saw on Fox News Channel ...... The announcer told the audience that the family had been barred from the room by Micheal Shiavo and they were going to an exclusive interview with Terri's sister. The scene faded to Florida, BUT the person on camera was not Terri's sister, but Micheal's. She began explaining the Terri wa peaceful and that removing sustenance (my word) was a humane thing which was going on in hospices all over America. As she said more, the camera faded back to the announcer, who said "Sorry, folks. That was not Terri's sister." (hat tip jim)

I checked back with Fox News Live on at 3:00PM PST and Rita Crosby interviewed the parent's lawyer and the brother of Terri. This is one of her questions:

Crosby: What do you think his motives are? I've taked to some folks close to you guys and they believe that maybe he did something to her and maybe he's covering it up?

Michael Schiavo and his lawyer were not on the show to defend themselves from these types of allegations. Crosby didn't even give the "we asked and they refused to come on" line.
