Sober Judgment!
From CNN, the Chimperor Disgustus in Korea:

"So long as I am commander-in-chief, our strategy in Iraq will be driven by the sober judgment of our military commanders on the ground," he said, adding that U.S. troops are "making steady progress" in training Iraqi forces to defend their country. "As Iraqis stand up, we will stand down," he said.

Well at least someone is sober... Bush is going to declare "victory" around Labor Day 2006. It won't be an actual victory of course, in fact it will be almost the opposite; but they hope they can spin it as a victory for two months. Posted by Attaturk
