Update: Well....this post is meaningless...Looks like Tucker's dad got his wish...

that the Libby team could take an appeal to the Supreme Court over the latest ruling on his case, but that the High Court rarely intervenes on these emergency motions. I don't know about you, but with the way this court has been ruling and if I was Scooter---I'd go for it. Remember what Justice Breyer said?

"Never in the history of the court have so few—done so much—so quickly."

Tucker Carlson's dad says:

“I hope it puts pressure on the president. He’s a man of pronounced loyalties and he should have loyalty to Scooter Libby,” said former Ambassador Richard Carlson, a member of Libby’s defense fund. “It would be a travesty for him to go off to prison.
