‘Christian’ Anti-Choicers Discover First Amendment Doesn’t Cover Harassing Docs At Home
The 11th Circuit Court of Appeals upheld an established buffer zone to maintain a safe distance between forced-birth zealots and those they choose for at-home harassment, whether doctor or Planned Parenthood president.

The U.S. Federal Court of Appeals 11th Circuit upheld a Winter Park, Florida ordinance that prohibits “targeted” picketing by protesters at a private residence. The Christian women who filed the complaint claimed that their First Amendment rights to free speech and religious expression were violated by the ordinance.
