Memorial Day: For Vets, Too Many Delays And Not Enough Parades

This is a day to honor veterans. But what about the other 364 days? Problems at the VA have been problems for more than a decade. Time to act.

I love a parade. And in the small upstate New York town in the Finger Lakes where I grew up there were not enough of them as far as I was concerned.
