St. Louis County Police have confirmed that Michael Brown died as the result of "several gunshot wounds." The report does not specify how many gunshot wounds there were, nor where they were located on the 18-year old's body.

So they confirm the obvious and little more. In a press conference earlier this afternoon, the Ferguson Police chief confirmed that the autopsy results would not be released until after the results of the toxicology tests were returned.

Translated: We would like to find evidence that Michael Brown was drunk or high before we tell you how many times he was shot. There is absolutely nothing preventing them from releasing the specifics pertaining to the gunshot wounds while they wait for toxicology tests, since it's pretty clear Brown did not die from an overdose.

The police chief also confirmed that they would delay the release of the officer's name who shot Brown out of concern for his own safety. In response to a specific question, he also confirmed that the officers had bodyguards assigned to them and that they had "been hacked."

It seems they would like to use Anonymous' threat as cover for not releasing the officer's name, even though no threat was made to a specific officer in their video.

In that same press conference, the chief expressed approval that no one was hurt during the police response to the protests, and said he was proud of that. I guess that's one way to look at it.
