Bill O'Reilly Says Military Shouldn't Live In The Past Of The Iraq War

Kirsten Powers fearlessly let BillO have it on his need to erase memories of why we went to war.

Bill O'Reilly took a break from beating back his own Brian Williams problems to focus on fearmongering ISIS and Putin and Fox News' Kirsten Powers would have none of it.

Bill has been banging the war drum with fervor since ISIS began to make its move in the Middle East and he's upped his own pleas for sending US ground troops along with a coalition of nations since Christians and young women have fallen prey to them. Most conservatives have been screaming that Obama won't face the truth about radical Islam and he has no leadership when it comes to national security. They blame him for allowing ISIS to flourish in the first place and Bill wants our military to put a can of whoop ass on ISIS because - freedom when Kirsten Powers reminded him how wrong the warmongers were over Iraq.

O'Reilly: ..have leadership against ISIS and I'm hoping President Obama will step up..

Powers: We had such a great plan before, right? We had such a great plan to go into Iraq.

O'Reilly: If you want to live in the past and say we should be paralyzed because this happened in the past.

Powers: It's important to remember how wrong people were. It is important to remember that...

O'Reilly: I'm sure the people being that are going to be beheaded or captured.

Powers: You know what, I don't need to be lectured about human rights. I don't need you to be lecturing me about human rights abuses because I've been writing about this stuff Bill, long before we've ever been talking about it here so don't try to dismiss my concern for Christians.

O'Reilly: Kirsten, your whole ballgame is to blame the Bush administration for Iraq and Afghanistan and that's why we're paralyzed.

Powers: No, that is not remotely my ball game.

O'Reilly: What would you do to Putin?

Powers: I don't, ...I'd blow him up. Like you and John McCain want to do. Your solution is always to go to war.

It's mind boggling that O'Reilly would now classify the Iraq and Afghanistan wars as things of "the past" and our military intervention policies shouldn't be paralyzed by their failures. WTF? Are we to learn nothing at all from these failures? Not when it comes to blowing sh*t up and sending in the troops for some kick ass.

By the way, Kirsten was fearless in this segment and she's correct to constantly remind the neocons how they undermined America's economy and its security with their disastrous forays into the middle east. How well has the call to send in the troops worked so far, Bill?
