South Carolina House Votes To Remove Confederate Flag From State Grounds

After a long, long debate, the vote came in to remove the flag.

The South Carolina House has voted to remove the confederate flag from the statehouse grounds.

The victorious Dem caucus (Sen Todd Rurherford up front, House members surrounding), celebrating passage of bill to remove Confederate battle flag.
