South Carolina Is Under Water
Charleston has received more than 14 inches of rainfall since the historic event began Friday.
South Carolina is taking the brunt of the storm lashing the east coast right now, and it's brutal. The Weather Channel reports that four people have died since the once-in-1000-year storm began, and authorities are begging people to stay off the roadways.
