C&L's Sat Nite Chiller Theater: 'Silent Night' (1974)

You know you need a merry horror Christmas movie to get you in the holiday spirit.

Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays, everyone!

Christmas isn't only a time for gifts, food and family, (if you celebrate) but it's also been a time for good murderous fun and Hollywood has found a way to turn this holiday into a serial killer's playground.

Tonight's entry comes from 1974:

Black Christmas is a 1974 Canadian independent psychological slasher film directed by Bob Clark and written by A. Roy Moore. It stars Olivia Hussey, Keir Dullea, Margot Kidder, Andrea Martin, Marian Waldman and John Saxon.

The story follows a group of sorority sisters who are receiving threatening phone calls, while being stalked and murdered during the holiday season by a deranged murderer hiding in the attic of their sorority house.

Do you enjoy a good Christmas horror film?
