Governor Chris Christie, the beater upper of teachers, is apparently deathly afraid of Rachel Maddow.

Christie: Rachel, you beat the crap out of me for years, you expect me to voluntarily come on your program, come on.

Maddow: Oh, come on. You love the back and forth..

Christie: With a lot of people, maybe not with you.

"Well, because it's already done. It's already done," Christie said. "I don't know what you want me to do, you want me to go down there with a mop?"

The remark spawned an online "Mops for Christie" campaign back home.

In New Hampshire, when Dennis tried to offer a mop to Christie in person, the governor declined to accept it.
