Malheur Malcontent David Fry To FBI: 'F*** Your Charges'

David Fry is coming very close to losing it.

The FBI has settled in for the long haul with regard to the four people entrenched at the Malheur Wildlife Refuge. As part of their strategy, they've cut off roads, exits, and most communication lines for Sean Anderson, David Fry, Sandy Anderson and Jeff Banta, who are also digging in for the long haul.

Still, David Fry was able to get this video uploaded to YouTube, and it certainly appears that he is losing patience with the government's willingness to wait him out.

Fry was evidently advised that the longer they dig in at the refuge, and the more damage they do with by "fortifying" their position at their self-named "Camp Finicum," the heavier the charges they face when they finally give it up.

Undeterred, Fry showed the license plate of a U.S. Government vehicle, which he claims to have renamed the "Harney County Resource Center."

"We're going to use every resource we have here," Fry declared. "And I think we have every right to do that."

Like a petulant child, Fry continued, "I'm tired of you guys, telling us what we can and can't do."

As if to demonstrate his impatience with having to live under the laws of the land, Fry then got into another government vehicle, started it up, and proceeded to turn donuts in it in defiance to federal authorities, who he said had no authority over him or the land.

"I want the FBI to see this because this is how I want to say screw you, piss off your little charges," he said.

He then proceeded to brag about racking up more charges by drivingstealing a government vehicle, voice rising and becoming more agitated by the second.

"F-ck your charges," he shouted.

The FBI has to be loving this. They don't have to do anything but let the guy spout off on video and post it to YouTube as evidence of his lawbreaking ways. And honestly, I laughed out loud at his declaration at the end.

"I'm gonna do what I gotta do to protect myself -- fortify or what, anything -- I'm gonna do it because why? 'Cause patriot."

"We're Americans, we're constitutionalists, we defend and uphold freedom," says the man who denies the federal government has anything to say about his unlawful presence on federal lands.

He ends with the charge that the feds murdered Lavoy Finicum and he's "pissed."

This plays like a two-year old temper tantrum with adult toys, to be honest. It's clear the siege is getting to him, and that he has some serious disappointment about the lack of "reinforcements" to help protect their "fortified barracks."

In short, he's losing it.
