Former NYC Mayor Rudy Giuliani appeared like a man who had tapped into Darryl Strawberry's 1986 stash of greenies before he took the stage at the RNC Convention because he was screaming like a madman and jumping up and down to get his points across.

The theme of the night was Make America Safe, or something and Rudy was at his Red Bulled best when he was railing against the radical jihadists and said, "We must commit ourselves to UNCONDITIONAL VICTORY AGAINST THEM!"

He then took aim at President Obama's nuclear deal with Iran which really got his goat and said, " that will eventually let them become a nuclear power. (Boos from the crowd) THAT IS PUTTING BILLIONS OF DOLLARS BACK INTO A COUNTRY that is the world's largest supporter of terrorism. We are actually giving them the money to fund the terrorists WHO ARE KILLING US AND OUR ALLIES! WE ARE GIVING THEM THE MONEY! ARE WE CRAZY!'
