During the presidential debate held on Oct. 9th, Trump said if he was president he'd lock her up when he said, “If I win, I am going to instruct my attorney general to get a special prosecutor to get into your situation.”

Donald Trump's campaign manager was asked by MSNBC's Willie Geist on Morning Joe earlier today if Donald will go through with his many promises, including appointing a special prosecutor to investigate Hillary Clinton.

Conway replied, “We did not discuss that last night since his victory and he didn’t address it with Mrs. Clinton on the phone..."

She continued, "I would need to discuss that with him,, but I think you heard his own words last night to the extent that one man can as president and Vice President [Mike] Pence, who is phenomenal, they’re looking to unify the country."

Conway didn't rule it out when she said, "We haven’t discussed that in recent days. I think that it’s all in good time."

Trump has no humility whatsoever so I wouldn't rule it out and neither did Conway.
