Internet Mocks Navarro As He Begs For Legal Bill Donations

Send him some bootstraps!

Former Trump advisor Peter Navarro was indicted in June last year on two counts of contempt of Congress for refusing to testify and honor a subpoena and turn over documents relating to the January 6 insurrection. And he hasn't stopped crying about it since.

Navarro took to Twitter to complain that his legal bills just topped $500,000, so he's seeking donations. He added a broken link to a donation page. Navarro also linked to a CNN article, saying that a federal judge on Friday delayed his contempt of Congress trial, likely for months, to allow for additional pre-trial debate over the role executive privilege could play when the case goes to a jury.
