Trump's 2016 Prediction Is Coming Back To Bite Him
Trump had a premonition about his future self In 2016, but as usual, projected it onto Hillary Clinton.
CNN's KFile reminded us that back in 2016, Trump told the world that if Hillary Clinton was indicted it would be a "constitutional crisis" and "cripple the government" so bad the country could not be run effectively.
During his rally in Denver, CO on 11/5/16, a few days before the election took place, Trump made these remarks. His words tried to gin up a conspiracy theory about Clinton's emails and her server. However, his words then applied to himself since Hillary Clinton never committed a crime and was never indicted for anything.
“In that situation we could very well have a sitting president under a felony indictment and ultimately a criminal trial,” Trump said. “We need a government that can work properly from day one for the American people.”
In that situation, we could very well have a sitting president under a felony indictment and ultimately a criminal trial.
We need a government that can work properly from day one for the American people.
We are so far behind.
We are so far behind.
So many things to do.
That will be impossible with crooked Hillary Clinton, the prime suspect in a far-reaching criminal investigation.
It's impossible.
Her current scandals and controversies will continue throughout her presidency, and we will make it.
Honestly, look, it's going to be virtually impossible for her to govern.
Now the Republicans have talked very tough, and the Democrats.
It's going to be just another mess for another four years, folks.
A mess.
Trump never once governed for the American people in office.
Andrew Kaczynski and Abby Turner write:
Just days earlier, on October 28, then-FBI director James Comey publicly announced they had reopened the investigation into Clinton’s handling of classified information related to her use of a private email server during her tenure as secretary of state.
Now, Trump finds himself under the exact situation he repeatedly described after he was charged in early June with 37 federal counts related to retention of classified documents and conspiracy to obstruct justice.
Trump proved he couldn't govern when he wasn't under indictment. Now he's facing serious charges and could face more indictments from Georgia and new York.
Traitor Trump's words should be played over and over by the Biden re-election campaign.
