well as usual tom tommorow is the man, but the 3rd panel is incorrect. i saw that press conf. those question marks should be replaced with little giggles, snorts and chuckles.

I love Gahan Wilson as well; truly a unique outlook. And now I bid everyone adieu. I will not be returning to post at C&L. I have become extremely disillusioned by the censorship that occurs here and no longer wish to put up with the frustration of 'walking on eggshells'. Diversity of opinion is something that I greatly respect and it is not possible on this site to hear differing opinions as freely as it should be. And yes I am very aware of the commenting policy. GD right! That NIE report proves that Iran is out to get us, anyway they can. Why, for all we know, they took the money and the material they were going to use for the nuclear program and built some forges, and are cranking out plowshares by the tens of thousands. They could take those plowshares and turn them into spears, and knives, and daggers, and such, and arm the viscious, fascist hordes of Islamoites so that they could overcome the whole US of A, just as soon as they learned to swim, which the Vice-President says they could learn to do in less than a year. That means that before Bush leaves office, he must do something to head off this horrible threat to the peace, safety, and well being of the US of A. If he were rational, he would start by firing Chertoff and disconnecting DickHead's pacemaker, but 'god' is not so kind. So we must put up with The Dummy, the Preposterous Putz, our appointed president.

The public statements of fear mongering and scare tactics used by the President and Vice President are in direct opposition to what they knew in advance was the NIE determination regarding the suspension of Irans nuclear programs. The mushroom clouds, the threat of world war three and other statements were made to manipulate ‘intimidate and coerice the US civilian popultaion, and to influence the policy of government by intimidation and coercion.
The Presidant and VP have repeatedly stressed an implied threat of imminent danger from Iran’s nuclear weapons program, which we now know has not existed since 2003. They have been in reciept of this information and willingly and knowingly subverted and misrepresented the Iraniam threat intentionally. They are by definiton Domestic Terrorists.

See, that's the paradox you get with time travel - it's hard to know for sure which is the best reason to bomb people.

That is, without doubt, the funniest cartoon strip I have ever seen...well, I mean, since Zap Comix at least. (Has R. Crumb ever moved back to the U.S. from Europe? Well, doesn't matter. He was apolitical anyway.)
