The real Hawaiians want their territory back. The CIA is only now noticing China is kicking our ass militarily. Entrenched Dems continue to be stupid and confuse Wright with Obama. Speaking of stupid, the white hick vote is causing rural blacks to get ignored.
A secret spy court helps
Bush violate our rights. Obama still has enough of a magnetic personality to attract enough superdelegates to wipe out Hillary's lead. The GOP apparently agrees, and has already called ththe nomination for Obama. Soldiers are repressing their emotions.

For the truely paranoid RW Americans, guess how many aircraft carriers the Chinese are building !
and what happened to the ex Soviet carriers and capital ships... who gratefully bought them up for a song.

Hardly news, Waters has been releasing a pig every show since his tour started last year. His live shows are rally's. I've seen red staters eat humble pie at them. Rog is doing a great service to the race at these shows and you should not miss them!

Here is
DOGS
Dogs (Waters, Gilmour) 17:06
You gotta be crazy, you gotta have a real need.
You gotta sleep on your toes, and when you're on the street,
You gotta be able to pick out the easy meat with your eyes closed.
And then moving in silently, down wind and out of sight,
You gotta strike when the moment is right without thinking.
And after a while, you can work on points for style.
Like the club tie, and the firm handshake,
A certain look in the eye and an easy smile.
You have to be trusted by the people that you lie to,
So that when they turn their backs on you,
You'll get the chance to put the knife in.
You gotta keep one eye looking over your shoulder.
You know it's going to get harder, and harder, and harder as you
get older.
And in the end you'll pack up and fly down south,
Hide your head in the sand,
Just another sad old man,
All alone and dying of cancer.
And when you loose control, you'll reap the harvest you have sown.
And as the fear grows, the bad blood slows and turns to stone.
And it's too late to lose the weight you used to need to throw
around.
So have a good drown, as you go down, all alone,
Dragged down by the stone.
I gotta admit that I'm a little bit confused.
Sometimes it seems to me as if I'm just being used.
Gotta stay awake, gotta try and shake off this creeping malaise.
If I don't stand my own ground, how can I find my way out of this
maze?
Deaf, dumb, and blind, you just keep on pretending
That everyone's expendable and no-one has a real friend.
And it seems to you the thing to do would be to isolate the winner
And everything's done under the sun,
And you believe at heart, everyone's a killer.
Who was born in a house full of pain.
Who was trained not to spit in the fan.
Who was told what to do by the man.
Who was broken by trained personnel.
Who was fitted with collar and chain.
Who was given a pat on the back.
Who was breaking away from the pack.
Who was only a stranger at home.
Who was ground down in the end.
Who was found dead on the phone.
Who was dragged down by the stone.
Huffington was on Charlie Rose. Rose pretends to give the left a voice, but he kept interrupting Huffington, often rudely speaking more than she, and although Arriana was too much of a lady, I got the impression she felt like slapping his face.Charliue, do me a favor: shut your hole.

Sheep (Waters) 10:19
Harmlessly passing your time in the grassland away;
Only dimly aware of a certain unease in the air.
You better watch out,
There may be dogs about
I've looked over Jordan, and I have seen
Things are not what they seem.
What do you get for pretending the danger's not real.
Meek and obedient you follow the leader
Down well trodden corridors into the valley of steel.
What a surprise!
A look of terminal shock in your eyes.
Now things are really what they seem.
No, this is no bad dream.
The Lord is my shepherd, I shall not want
He makes me down to lie
Through pastures green He leadeth me the silent waters by.
With bright knives He releaseth my soul.
He maketh me to hang on hooks in high places.
He converteth me to lamb cutlets,
For lo, He hath great power, and great hunger.
When cometh the day we lowly ones,
Through quiet reflection, and great dedication
Master the art of karate,
Lo, we shall rise up,
And then we'll make the bugger's eyes water.
Bleating and babbling I fell on his neck with a scream.
Wave upon wave of demented avengers
March cheerfully out of obscurity into the dream.
Have you heard the news?
The dogs are dead!
You better stay home
And do as you're told.
Get out of the road if you want to grow old.

Anyone asked about not appearing on it should simply say, "Oh, because it's not real news." Don't be mean about it. Don't appear like you're holding a grudge. Don't be bitter. Just be calm, and say, "Oh, that's not real news."
Keith is correct. Superdelegates are prolonging the race for a dem nomination.
I feel because they don't want to hurt hillary's ego.
how many 'super delegates' could $130 million in uranium money buy ?
Elaborate.
money greases the wheel of politics.
money is the common thing that binds people and parties.
witness the Abramoff focused Indian casino money that flowed into various Congress pockets five years or so ago.
witness the inaction of the "not on the table" crowd in DC, not all of them but most of them.
And the Germans kill the Jews and the Jews kill the Arabs and the Arabs kill the hostages and that is the news, is it any wonder that the monkeys confused.
Ah sweet Floyd. I caught the Pigs on the Wing concert tour at the Pontiac Silverdome. Lousy venue great show. Personal favorite LP is a toss up between Meddle and Ummagumma.
Anyone else catch tonight's Boston Legal? It's just starting here on the West coast, but they're taking on the delegate rules for the Dem Convention. Shirley (Candice Bergen) sues her nephew since he's a pledged delegate and is planning to vote for someone other than the person his CD voted for.
Italy will fine tourists in Venice who feed pigeons.
did they say feed pigeons to what ?
cats sure do like a tasty pigeon, tricksy to get through a cat flap tho with the wings flopped out.
just enough time to rush to and lock it when the face and the feathers appear.

Correction. She sues the DNC over the party rules.

That is another thing, Tyree. Pink Floyd sings a lot about the misery of being a soldier at war, you really need to think about listening to them when you are in the mood for something new.
well i got used to rock and roll, even elvis parsly spelled it wrong thats what i called him , pissed me off all the gals creamed evertime he swiveled his humper!

and one thing which united a lot of the musicians of the sixties was that a lot of them had missing fathers killed in WW2 or Korea.
theres nothing like organized and immoral warfare for making orphans and peed off people.
even if fathers come home relatively intact but maybe suffering from PTSD, kids suffer.
i dont listen to music anymore, cant really say why , just stopped ,

Spike Jones !!
=========================
That was pretty funny. :)
Spike Jones came across with the US invasion forces to the UK and influenced british comedy big time in the 40s,
from that influence sprang the various late 40s 'music hall' and BBC radio shows then the Goon Show proper which was manic comedy with sound effects and two jazz / early 50s R'n'R musical interludes per episode.
Yes, happy frickin' 5th anniversay, how ironic dubya landed on the USS Abraham Lincoln if Obama becomes our next president. Worth noting his "photo op" delayed the ship's return to San Diego by one day & "the aircraft carrier's 10-month deployment (which was the longest deployment of a carrier since the Vietnam War)" ~ http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mission_Accomplished#Description
Bill Maher mentioned on 'real time' the reason al Queda's 9/11 mission was successful was because of PLANNING! & the reason dubya is still in Iraq is because he had/has no plan.

In the vein of self sacrifice I am forgoing my vacation to Indiana this summer the reasons are many but the most important are:
1) I have heard that Indiana is as safe as Iraq is in the summer time
2) I do not think enterprise or avis have apcs for rent and even if they did the cost of fuel would bankrupt me.
3) Mc crazy has said that if we as americans would just not go on one vacation the whole recession thing would just go away ( I haven't been on a vacation for 10 years, somy just thinking about havin g one has sent this country into a downward spiral - I'll apologize now )
WASHINGTON (AP) ― A leader of the Democratic Party under Bill Clinton has switched his allegiance to Barack Obama and is encouraging fellow Democrats to "heal the rift in our party" and unite behind the Illinois senator.
Joe Andrew, who was Democratic National Committee chairman from 1999-2001, planned a news conference Thursday in his hometown of Indianapolis to urge other Hoosiers to support Obama in Tuesday's primary, perhaps the most important contest left in the White House race. He also has written a lengthy letter explaining his decision that he plans to send to other superdelegates.

WHY WE DON'T HAVE TIME FOR 4 YEARS OF MCBUSH: Climate change hitting Arctic faster, harder - http://www.enn.com/ecosystems/article/35583

That is because climate models don’t currently adequately incorporate important underlying drivers of the arctic changes we are already observing, such as the interaction between sea ice thickness and water temperature.”
Senator James Inhofe's (R - Exxon) Blog: the Greatest Hoax Perpetrated on the American People - http://www.desmogblog.com/james-inhofes-senate-blog-greatest-hoax-on-the...
Either Inhofe's bloggers only see what they want to see, or their mouse buttons don't work very well, because if they'd looked at the other hits they got for their daily "global warming" Google news search, they would have found another article about the study, which explicitly says :
Climate experts have long warned, though, that warming is unlikely to be a gradual trend, but a movement in stops and starts.
So, for Inhofe, his bloggers, and their pals in the deniosphere: hold your horses. You don't even have to "read the fine print". Just read beyond the first paragraph or two of an article to see that science is not on your side, despite your desperate hopes.

Report: Rush Limbaugh Dittoheads to Vote for Hillary Clinton in Indiana - http://politicalwire.com/archives/2008/04/29/nondemocrats_will_decide_in...
The poll shows that self-identified Republicans favor Sen. Hillary Clinton, 50% to 44%, while independents favor Sen. Barack Obama, 54% to 38%.
Among Republicans, there "appears to be two kinds of Republicans: the 'Obamacans' as the Illinois senator likes to call them -- earnest Republicans deeply disappointed in their own party's performance on the budget, economy, social issues and the Iraq War -- and the Rush Limbaugh Republicans who are planning to crossover to vote for Sen. Clinton because they perceive her to be the weakest rival to U.S. Sen. John McCain in the November election."

A Nation of Hysterics: by Paul Campos - http://www.rockymountainnews.com/news/2008/apr/30/campos-a-nation-of-hys...
Neurotic obsessions with risk and safety reflect a more general problem: the many cultural and political forces pushing us to behave like a nation of hysterics. At the beginning of the 21st century, the typical American suburb is just about the safest place that has ever existed in the history of the world — yet it’s full of terrified people. Statistics have little power in the face of a media environment in which extraordinarily rare events, such as strangers kidnapping children, are presented as commonplace by profit-hungry “news” outlets, for whom the bottom line is that fear sells. Politicians realize this too.

And wasn't this something that they did about 15 years ago already? Didn't Lesbos make some kind of official announcement about being called "Lesbosians" and therefore anyone who called them 'lesbians' was incorrect? I do recall something about it. Not exactly sure how it went. Either way, it's funny.

#109: Tyree: What a beautiful speech. And you speak from the heart. Your spelling and your heart have no match. I only came to this country in 68-69 and I envy the unity and kinship in those days you describe, when one felt proud to be an American. Today the torture and shredding of our beloved Constitution makes me hang my head. What happened? How could we allow this? If we loved our country, and we did, why did we look the other way? Look at the nightmare we have imposed on ourselves? Our status of pariah in the world...Don't we care? Why are we so apathetic and self-destructive? I have never understood it. But the plotters of this Fascist takeover understood it. We have 300 million sheeple on their way to the slaughter. And there is every indication the nightmare hasn't even started. God save us all.

thiers an old saying that hold true , dont judge a man till youve walked a mile in his shoes, people alive today have every advantage we were denied back then , thier was the depression ,no middle class ,only the rich and the poor, just like america will be soon again , school was something you indured , as ive said before if you made it thru to the eight grade you were considered to be educated , high school was the equivelent to a college education , and college was out of the question , only one in fourty kids even had the hopes of going to college, kids never drove to high school in thier own car, the only cars on the schools parking lots were teachers, school books cost money , money parents had a hard time scrapeing up, we wore levis back then long before it was the in thing to wear , mine were patched the patches had patches and you had to be ashamed to go to school wearing welfare clothes, because the kids whos parents that had money made fun of you, kind of like the assholes who make fun of your spelling on here , they had it easy allthough not haveing the latest video game or some dipshit ipod seems to be a hardship for some anymore , anyway no ones running me off from here but the site moniter, and they can have thier fun cutting me up for my spelling , the thing is the asshats that i knew that used to treat me like that in the old days are takeing a dirt nap now in the gardens of stone! and i dont miss them!

Palfrey had threatened to release the names of well-known clients of her upscale call girl ring in the nation's capitol, and had indicated that Dick Cheney may be one of them.
"No I'm not planning to commit suicide," Palfrey told The Alex Jones Show on her last appearance, "I'm planning on going into court and defending myself vigorously and exposing the government," she said.

Pink Floyd's Latest -- Dubya: Another Prick on the Wall
http://satiricalpolitical.com/?p=142
The real Hawaiians want their territory back. The CIA is only now noticing China is kicking our ass militarily. Entrenched Dems continue to be stupid and confuse Wright with Obama. Speaking of stupid, the white hick vote is causing rural blacks to get ignored.
And it happened on the day that Albert Hoffman died, the discoverer of LSD, at the age of102.
A secret spy court helps
Bush violate our rights. Obama still has enough of a magnetic personality to attract enough superdelegates to wipe out Hillary's lead. The GOP apparently agrees, and has already called ththe nomination for Obama. Soldiers are repressing their emotions.
i remember when am radio played music like pink floyd's. now it's all about right wing rants. i think this explains why 'rock', and our country, are dying.
That reminds me of this:

There is a great article on Hawaiian sovereignity and how they lost it to being annexed in 1898 by a rapacious appetite for expansion by the U.S.
I dont blame Hawaiians for wanting their state back, the military owns over a quarter of Oahu and parts of the mainland as well.

Here is

Sheep (Waters) 10:19
Harmlessly passing your time in the grassland away;
Only dimly aware of a certain unease in the air.
You better watch out,
There may be dogs about
I've looked over Jordan, and I have seen
Things are not what they seem.
What do you get for pretending the danger's not real.
Meek and obedient you follow the leader
Down well trodden corridors into the valley of steel.
What a surprise!
A look of terminal shock in your eyes.
Now things are really what they seem.
No, this is no bad dream.
The Lord is my shepherd, I shall not want
He makes me down to lie
Through pastures green He leadeth me the silent waters by.
With bright knives He releaseth my soul.
He maketh me to hang on hooks in high places.
He converteth me to lamb cutlets,
For lo, He hath great power, and great hunger.
When cometh the day we lowly ones,
Through quiet reflection, and great dedication
Master the art of karate,
Lo, we shall rise up,
And then we'll make the bugger's eyes water.
Bleating and babbling I fell on his neck with a scream.
Wave upon wave of demented avengers
March cheerfully out of obscurity into the dream.
Have you heard the news?
The dogs are dead!
You better stay home
And do as you're told.
Get out of the road if you want to grow old.

Nothing wrong with Glen miller and Tommy Dorsey either. I like most artists from back then from Duke Ellington to Miles Davis.

Clinton Superdelegate Jumps Ship, Backs Obama

Politicians realize this too.

thanks for the memmories, few of you were alive dureing ww2, and for that im sorry for you! if you had only seen the american people that were alive back then youd have been proud of them, i remember the day the germans invaded poland , and how certain americans became that war was comeing , then the britts declared war on hitler and spitfires and me 109s fought it out over the skys of england , america was wakeing up to the threat of the nazis, then the shock of dec 7th , thier was fear in america but allso a determination to fight and win at all costs , now that was a war, every body able lined up to fight at the recruiters , and on dec th i had my seventh birthday , americans back then were friendly to each other , you could say hello as you passed them by and they returned your greetings, today people look at you like your wanting something from them or that your gay, not that thiers anything wrong with that, every body pitched in for the victory effort, even us kids we gathered paper ,magazines , alluminim , rags , anything that could be used for our country,it made us closer the kids knew each other back then , now with school bussing the kids are devided and feel very little kinship to each other, thier were no supermarkets only corner grocyery stores no sub divisions , all us kids wanted to join up and fight, anyway music was an inspiration for us all , songs like this is worth fighting for, and so many more lifted our spirites , thier was no tv , sometimes i think tv was the worst thing that happened to us, yeah i get pissed when some goobers on here try to degrade my education my typeing my spelling , but i wouldnt trade my lifes experience for all your education, because i remember what america once was , praise the lord and pass the ammunition!

Low Spending Is Taking Toll on Economy
By PETER S. GOODMAN
Beleaguered American consumers appear to have succumbed to the pressures of falling home prices and shrinking paychecks.
Amen to 109, tyree. Most of us are distracted by TV and iPods, and that's why McFake may be the next president. Then our country will completely go down the shitter.
Keep it coming. I enjoy your wisdom.
And "shitter" is not in my computer's dictionary
StirFry @ 108:
Yes. Because we should maintain as much animosity toward intelligence as possible.
thanks again stirfry , i didnt mention i want to cry every day for what our countrys become , the songs of yesterday dont seem so to go along with todays faschisim of this government , this is worth fighting for has lost its meaning , i know many of the guys fighting in iraq and afganistan are weary and feel trapped , by bushes elected war, some are scum who value no ones life, its the ones who want this to end but see ther is no end that i feel sorry for,
MargeAggedon @ 115:
What? I have animosity toward folks who obviously understand a post, but knitpick spelling and grammatical errors.
God save us all.
tyree @ 116:
My brother-in-law is in Iraq. He was in Afghanistan but they deployed him to the "scourge" in Baghdad.
Yeah, feel sorry for me since I want a president who will at least talk about ending the war instead of expanding it.
thiers an old saying that hold true , dont judge a man till youve walked a mile in his shoes, people alive today have every advantage we were denied back then , thier was the depression ,no middle class ,only the rich and the poor, just like america will be soon again , school was something you indured , as ive said before if you made it thru to the eight grade you were considered to be educated , high school was the equivelent to a college education , and college was out of the question , only one in fourty kids even had the hopes of going to college, kids never drove to high school in thier own car, the only cars on the schools parking lots were teachers, school books cost money , money parents had a hard time scrapeing up, we wore levis back then long before it was the in thing to wear , mine were patched the patches had patches and you had to be ashamed to go to school wearing welfare clothes, because the kids whos parents that had money made fun of you, kind of like the assholes who make fun of your spelling on here , they had it easy allthough not haveing the latest video game or some dipshit ipod seems to be a hardship for some anymore , anyway no ones running me off from here but the site moniter, and they can have thier fun cutting me up for my spelling , the thing is the asshats that i knew that used to treat me like that in the old days are takeing a dirt nap now in the gardens of stone! and i dont miss them!
StirFry @ 117:
Everyone makes errors all the time. When a person consistently posts like they're typing with their eyes closed I can understand annoyance on the reader's part. I often feel that way but I don't comment on it. I just stop reading the posts.
#118 mistic , thanks it was from this old heart, wich by the way has attacked me four times , talk about your traitors , anyway welcome to america , or whats left of it, perhaps i seem bitter to some on here and maby i have become that way, weve lost our way mistic , and i cant see the road back anymore , the news whores and the politicians dont encourage me that well ever become the likable people we once were , i know the things weve done here are dispicable not only in iraq or afganistan but to the indians , the slaves and to each other , your right weve become a nation of sheeps , waiting to be slaughtered by the corporations and a criminal government, i cant see the light at the end of the tunnel ive heard so much about, i trust no politician anymore ,
#124 , as ive told the asshats that cant understand what i post and want to cut you up for thier enjoyment they can do as you do, skip over to the next poster , im sure you and every poster on here have posters they dont care to read! i ask questions and get insults instead of compitent answers , the fact is no matter who were for obama or clinton were allready screwed , neither ones going to be president , mccains votes are allready in the electronic voteing machines , and we lost, so lets just keep kicking each others cods in ,its what they planned,
112 tyree Says: thanks for the memmories,
I prefer thanks for the mammaries.
# 127 been there done that!
StirFry @ 111:
Fuck em indeed. Tyree is one of the most interesting (and funny) posters on here. I kind of like the crazy spelling and punctuation.
Rock on, Tyree!

Have y'all ever read Archibald And Mehitabel?
The poet e e cummings was known for writing poetry without capitalizations nor stanza breaks.
ysbaddaden @ 131:
I like e.e. cummings very much, Ysb. Are you saying that Tyree is our cummings?
I just look it up on Amazon, and although I do remember it as Archiebald and Mehitabel, they list it as Archie and Mehitabel.
I think this book is the reason I've always been partial to Krazy Kat and Ignatz, because they share the same artist.

Reports: DC madam commits suicide in Florida home
http://rawstory.com/news/2008/DC_madam_commits_suicide_in_Florida_0501.html
Keep in mind, one of her employees "committed suicide", too! (wink wink)
During several recent appearances on The Alex Jones Show, Palfrey also said that she was at risk of being killed and that authorities would make it look like suicide. She made it clear that she was not suicidal and if she was found dead it would be murder.

All pigs are equal but some pigs are more equal than others. { my apologies to Orwell's Animal Farm}
The best Coachella ever. I had so much fun. Somebody also 'chem trailed' or 'crop dusted' the show with obama fliers but they all ended up outside the park...
Rusty Shackleford @ 135:
OMG! archy and mehitabel was the best book ever
Archy was such a smart little cockroach

RIP Deborah Jean Palfrey, I hope the baskets who did this to you rot in hell.
I watch the world float to the DARK SIDE of the pig (mmm, bacon!).
