The Robotic Chair (1984 - 2006) is a generic-looking wooden chair with the capacity to fall apart and put itself back together. With shuddering force the chair collapses to the floor then with persistence and determination proceeds to seek out its parts and upright itself. Found at the online art gallery VVork.

I'm not all that thrilled with any of the three names to which widespread conjecture now suggests Obama has narrowed his VeeP shortlist. But man alive, I'd like to have the announcement already!
What disappoints me most, though, is that once the announcement is made, the media will be perpetually abuzz with idiotic babble from self-appointed experts about how the VeeP choice helps or hurts Obama politically. Very little time will be spent objectively reporting to the American people who this person actually is, and what s/he stands for.

I was shocked when I watched the news today and saw that john mccain has come back even in the polls with barrack obama. I seriously hope that this is just a short term blip, otherwise there is not much hope for your country. This so called "missle shield" is due to be built in 2011, and a majority of Poles opposed it, the latest spin is that since the Georgia/Russia conflict they have changed their minds, which is likely not true with a majority of Poles, is my guess. In fact, I doubt most Poles trust the U.S..
I hope Obama can somehow negate whatever missile treaty the neocons are trying to install, hopefully those fucks will have every treaty the negotiated made null and void.

the MSM when they were reporting on and filming the Scuds and Patriot missiles flying in Israel during GW1,

It was plain to anybody with a one eye and a brain what happened on the video footage.
I read somewhere that 200 people got killed by one Patriot missile that misfired during one launch.

Whats worse is that for years the lie was peddled that the Patriot's did very well, and were responsible for such low casualties of Scud attacks, when in reality it was all bullshit and their shoot down rate was in fact terrible. The truth was covered up and long after the war was over was this fact known. An ominous precursor of WMD.

Over in Germany, the introduction of clothianidin coincided with a sudden bee die-off, so German authorities recently banned it. They reckoned that giving clothianidin a rest would provide researchers time to look deeper into it without further endangering bees. (France did the same thing with a related pesticide.)
Our own EPA must be preparing to do something similar, right? Well, no. That's not how our EPA works. Rather than banning clothianidin, EPA bureaucrats have busied themselves hiding information about clothianidin.

im not sure anything will help obama in indiana, here we have electronic voteing machines with no paper trails, i asked the guy showing me how the new machines work, is thier anyway to show who i voted for i mean like a paper trail, he said no but you can check after you vote and press this here and it will tell you, great but you still cant get a recount like paper trails, folks here for the most part spend thier sundays in church , thiers one on every corner, its like opieum for the masses,
