Norm Coleman gets punked by 'Norm Dollar a Day' campaign

Norm Coleman just won't go away, so we're trying to help him see the errors of his ways.

The PCCC's NormDollar.com campaign has been a blast. It's an action that asks: Would you give a dollar a day to make Norm go away?

So far the liberal blogosphere has donated over $95,000 to help defeat Coleman.

Over the weekend Norm got punk'd by local progressives supporting this movement. I laughed when I heard him say that he's just trying to make people have more "confidence in the system." Yeah, right, Loserman. We believe that, and we're showing you by donating to get you OUT.

Adam Green explains:

Fun news. Yesterday in Minnesota, Norm Coleman thought he was being greeted by supporters outside a local Republican event.

But instead, Coleman came face-to-face with the fact that his insistence on being a sore loser has raised over $90,000 to help progressives defeat Republicans in 2010 -- thanks to the "Dollar a Day to Make Norm Go Away" campaign the PCCC recently launched with Howard Dean's Democracy for America.

It's all caught on video -- check it out!...read on

And he signed it: "Senator Norm Coleman." C&L and others are planning an action against Tim Pawlenty next.

Republican obstructionism has gone on far too long, especially in Minnesota.

NORM!

what part of "not in the lead" do you not understand?

Can you wash my car?

)O(

I'd prefer he'd wipe my windshield at the traffic light.

by trying a Congressional comeback in the House seat currently occupied by Michelle Malkin Bachmann. Are the funds transferrable?

living examples of why the GOP is unfit to govern.

to make more than one appearance on then Rachel Maddow Show ought to count for something. A discount on Powder Milk Biscuits at least.

because if he goes on FOX and is not confronted with the facts of his responsiblity to codify this election...it opens up FOX to criticism.

They are not going there. Neither are any of the other GOP enabling cable networks like CNN.

The fact is that even the GOP isn't expending airtime on Coleman.

He's toast, they know it...he's also in the wrong, they know it...the polls (local and national) are against Coleman, and they know it.

Well, such a novel event must not be allowed to happen, ever.
The deficit might explode and the poles could start to melt.

You sorry sack o' shit! Ya lost!
Now be a fuckin man and concede!

)O(

His wife must get awful tired of him continuing his pumpin'

When there's no starch in his sumthin'.

YS

......and that precious 'look' the counter campaign used is the epitomy of whinny, snot-nosed, priviledge. Such a sap.

and worthless obstructionist he's also dumber then dirt. Impressive Minnesota!

Don't put it on all of us.

erm, you may wanna do some reading and see how Normy got elected in 2002 before you try to slag off Minnesotans.

Paul Wellstone died in a plane crash 11 days before the election that ultimately put Coleman in the Senate.

Sorry, Minnesotans, that you lost such a good man and got such a crappy one in his place.

umm

Giggity!!

For a second there it looked like the headline said norm coleman puked.

He is about to make unitary budget decisions in MN that is going to hurt alot of citizens.

Pawlenty's only motivation is self-aggrandization. He has done zero to help the average citizen in MN - he only serves the wealthiest of the wealthy. And he has taken no active role in anything - all he knows how to do is obstruct. His motto: "Vini Vidi Veto" - I came, I saw, I vetoed.

who quickly wears out his welcome and never goes home.

Hey Normie, here's a suggestion for ya: Get lost, loser!

What do you call a man who gets less votes?
You call him THE LOSER!
Coleman is the biggest baby ever and I am guessing he is having the hardest time getting it through his big fat head that he lost fair and square.
What a disgusting show .... !!!
Be a man, admit you got the beat down…..
Move on, already!

But let's let the MN Supreme Court make a decision on the case before we tell Coleman to give it up. Some of you sound worse than the republican push for Franken to not push for a recount.

If this leaves the state, then we should be pushing Pawlenty and the US Senate to seat Franken. Coleman should be out of the equation at that time. Let him try his federal appeals.

MN law does leave a question as to the definition of jurisdiction however. Because it is a statute, you would think within the state of MN. However, because it's not clearly defined, I can see Pawlenty not signing the election certificate based on Coleman's ongoing appeals. However, the senate would most likely get Franken in either way at this point. Even with a huge promised backlash from conservative republicans.

Wasn't that a sketch with John Belushi?

(Can't find on youtube.)

but if John Belushi was in it, it woulda been funny! Thanks anyway!

Ok let the MN Supreme court decide it, but it definitely should be the state of Minnesota to decide it. Meanwhile, the people of MN are not adequately represented and our tax dollars are paying for this crap.

I wonder if we can get reimbursed on some of our taxes for not having full representation?

It's a shame that nobody cares about our lack of representation, besides, perhaps, Amy Klobuchar.

Is Norm pulling a Cheney (wheelchair on innaguration day) sympathy trick?

WHAAAAAA!

Sore loosers.

BTW, check out Cheney today. He is ENDORSING JEB BUSH FOR PRESIDENT IN 2012.
