Supposedly, Dr. Octagon is a time-traveling gynecologist from Jupiter. He's also a terrible doctor, based on the obscene things he does in his fake biography. In real life, he's portrayed by rapper Kool Keith, who can apparently come up with a back story crazy enough to rival that of Sun Ra.
