There are many reasons why people are quitting their jobs, but it really boils down to people getting sick of not getting paid what they need to make end meets, not being treated with respect, being put in unsafe workplaces and not having a voice. And it's across the board. It also explains why there are such massive strikes going on at Kellogg's, John Deere and various hospitals. If it wasn't for the fact that these workers do have a voice, they'd be quitting too.
