Rudy Giuliani Sued For False Claim Of Assault
For the second time in less than a week Rudy Giuliani is being sued, this time by a Staten Island employee he falsely accused of assault.
For the second time in less than a week Rudy Giuliani is being sued.
The latest lawsuit is being brought by a Staten Island ShopRite employee who spent in jail overnight after Giuliani falsely claimed he had been assaulted by the man.
The alleged assault happened when Trump's former fixer was stumping for his son Andrew, who was running for governor.
Daniel Gill is demanding $2 million for Giuliani colluding with the NYPD to arrest him and throw him in jail on a false charge.
Video of the slap on the back went viral which made Giuliani look like a coward.
Wait, calling Rudy a scumbag to his face is now tantamount to a physical assault?
The Daily News reports:
"Gill, who announced his intention to sue last September, was hit with felony assault charges that prosecutors later downgraded and ultimately dismissed. His lawyer, civil rights attorney Ron Kuby, said even though his client legally cleared his name, it didn’t get him his job back or his privacy. Kuby said Gill was inundated with hate mail and threatening messages after Giuliani went on a media tour, in which he lied about nonexistent “wounds” suffered in the “attack.”
Even Newsmax Trump cultists Greg Kelly laughed at Rudy over the incident.
Giuliani, a snowflake among snowflakes, tried to make out that Gill brutally assaulted him, but that's another bald-faced lie. I wrote this about the incident back on June 28, 2022.
"And you tell me because, let me see the video if you don't mind, Uh, this person with the hand on your back, I gotta be honest, it doesn't look that bad, but I understand that looks can be deceiving."
In this case, looks are not deceiving as you can clearly see Rudy didn't even flinch when the guy tapped his back.
Giuliani then began to describe his ordeal.
"You know that that was the woman who was rubbing my back not the guy who hit me," Giuliani said.
Giuliani continued, "So the woman? that woman, uh gave a statement to the police and the guy hit me so hard that she herself almost fell from the reverberation of it."
As Giuliani was describing an alternate version of what actually happened about his supposed assault, Greg Kelly could not hold back laughing and smirking at the stupidity of what he was describing.
Time for Rudy to go through some things.
