Situation Room-Rangel-Cheney (Guest blogged by Logan Murphy)

Today on "The Situation Room," Rep. Rangel (D-NY) was asked for his response to Dick Cheney's comments about the Democrats during yesterday's interview with comedian Rush Limbaugh. Charlie always tells it like it is, and had this to say about our draft-dodging/chickenhawk Vice President:

"Well, less than 30% of the people have confidence in what the President has to say and less than that have confidence in what the Vice President has to say and it's abundantly clear from his five deferments that he's not too familiar with military fighting."

Rangel is a Korean War veteran who served in the Army from 1948-1952. His new book, And I Haven't Had a Bad Day Since, can be found here.
