Pssssst... It is not going to end. It is not going to be drawn down. We now have FIVE complete BATTLE GROUPS stationed in the Persian Gulf. We are going to attack and possibly nuke IRAN. That happens to be WHY we are in Iraq. Iraq is a strategic staging location that has resources to fuel the military operations. The US Government (both parties) has no intention of stopping this and whatever they appear to do is an illusion.
