Bill O'Reilly sent his rinky-dink camera crew over to assault the CEO of JetBlue because they sponsored YearlyKos. It's another embarrassing effort by O'Reilly to smear people who he feels threatened by and a larger response by FOX News itself for being finally seen as an arm of the GOP. You'll never see O'Reilly standing up in front of a camera like that for the stuff that he's said. I think we'd have a few questions to ask BillO. I wonder if any of those lesbian gangs are looking for you? The gal from BusinessWeek understands about open forums...
FOX and the right has been shaken at its core because of the growth of the netroots and the American people that have finally caught on to the policies they promote. They were so angry at the role the netroots played in discouraging the Dems from participating in their debate that they'll stop at nothing--not even making up ridiculously out of context stories--to discredit those who tell the truth. This is another cowardly act by a man who was forced to settle a sexual harassment suit for millions of dollars to Andrea Mackris and then attacked an abducted and raped eleven year old named Shawn Hornbeck (which got him canceled from speaking at a missing kids dinner). Hmmmm...I wonder what Bill's sponsors think of the things he says.

Used to be an organization called BUYBLUE.ORG (http://www.buyblue.org) that already did all of this work - unfortunately, they were not able to get any meaningful support from the "left" blogs and have shut their virtual door.
IMHO, nothing meaningful will happen until we are able to organize the way we spend the only votes we have that are actually counted - OUR DOLLARS!!!!!!!

I thought Bill was raised Roman Catholic. Of course the Pope is a primate, as in head of the Church, not as in ape. I would assume that was the context of the word in whatever article on Kos to which Bill referred. Any Catholic would know that.

Jet Blue is here in SoCal, alright. I'm taking care of some rescue dogs in Long Beach and the house is right at the end of the L.B. Airport launch ramp, and those big blue tails thunder over every few minutes, close enough to wave at the pilots! LOL! Hey! There's another one now! What? Can't hear you. Jet Blue just flew. Seriously, a buddy had me drive him down then put him up, all the way from Hollywood to Long Beach, just to fly the Blue! People like it!

Bill O'Reilly's logic is, "If I can find a few of the nuttiest and most extreme comments posted on the public DailyKos board, I can make people believe that ALL members of that forum are equally nutty and hateful."
By that logic, BillO agrees and ascribes to the views of Ann Coulter and numerous other hate mongers he has repeatedly had on his program. Public forums have diverse views, and DailyKos is no exception. For BillO to characterize the site as a "HATE site", rather than as a PROGRESSIVE forum with robust postings of many views, is the height of dishonesty and shows he is desperate to smear political opponents.
I wish his guest would have pointed out that this so-called "hate" site is sponsoring a debate in which all Democratic candidates will appear. Does Hillary REALLY want to be associated with such "hate"? LOL.

Beside the fact that the segment was edited(Surprise!), Billo claims he monitors his site for such rubbish and removes it. What he conveniently didn't mention was that his site is a paid site that one must join up to have things posted, and -- AND -- that all and any dissenting views are removed. All one has to do is disagree with him or ask a probing question and you're out the door, without a refund at that is my understanding. Billo, as always, just gave you part of the story. When your audience is comprised of viewers uncapable of a critical thought, anything goes. Anything.

When company leaders decide to get involved with politics they needs to consider how that decision could offend current and potential customers and weaken that companies viability.
Consider three basic tenets that all Businesses should consider when advertising your company:
1. Clearly identify your company and your product.
2.Never, Never, insult your customer or potential customer by making someone appear dumb,short,fat,backward,unkempt etc...etc..
Although Geico has a hit with caveman commercial-this is rare.
3. Stay the hell out of politics.
Personally I will not patronize a Business that supports right-wing candidates or the Repug Party.
I refuse to vote against my personal interest or spend against my personal interest.

Bill O Reilly's sponsors don't care. On Foxnews.com a brief view shows that American Airlines, Ford, Expedia, etc. are all big advertisers.

Unfortunately BestBuy is about as red as they come, according to my last check of BuyBlue. That's to say, 100% of their contributions went to Republicans. I stopped shopping there about two years ago. Too bad because they had a great selection and friendly people.

This attack is ludicrous but JetBlue probably will lose some mouth-breathing Republican customers. I've always flown Southwest but I'll try JetBlue for my next flight to help make up for the nose-pickers who decide to boycott them.
Having watched and believed everything Bill O'Reilly said about YearlyKOS, I had to check them out. I was shocked to see who was on its board of directors. Low and behold! Such radicals as George McGovern and Walter Mondale. These guys have always been huge threats to society! Yeah, George McGovern, a true Nazi wannabe. How many bombing missions did he perform as a pilot in the US Airforce when it did not have a lunatic as Commander? O'Reilly is a sick puppy. Anyone who truly believes what he has to say needs a turnicate applied to their neck to stop anymore of their brains from defecating out!* I already knew before checking out KOS's site that everything coming out of O'Reilley was schlock. I am just ashamed I had to look at the KOS site to verify that. This indicates a shred of doubt. I don't often check in on TDK and I don't know what was said over there, however I do think that O'Reilly is effectively calling for a boycott of Jet Blue here. A lot of people watch his show and I think that conservative boycotts are something to be taken seriously. The conservative grass roots did manage to thwart the immigration bill and I think O'Reilly has made people change their policies by applying pressure on them on his show.

This is so funny coming from the most hate filled program on TV today - The Bill O'Riely Right Wing Talking Points Show. That is all he does - spew hate at everyone that disagrees with Bush. Cindy Shehan loses a son, but because it makes Bush look bad, he attacks her and calls her every name in the book. Disgraceful. If you don't agree with Bush's lies about the war, Bill O' Riley says you hate America. If you don't agree with Bush's slaughter of thousands of innocent people in Iraq, Bill says you hate America. Notice anytime Bill talks about Bush, he changes it to "America." If you dare question the mad man that has single handedly destroyed the Middle East, Bill asks, "Why do you hate America....do you want American to win." The answer is America must win by removing Bush who has made the world unsafe and the most hated country in the world. The way he did it in such a short time is very scary.
