PhotoShop PROCESSING can be ANYTHING you want it to be.
In this case... it's simply LYING.
It's not clever.
It's not fair.
It's not intelligent.
It's not moral.
It's not instructive.
It's not kosher.
It's not inventive.
It's not funny.
It's not smart.
It's not politically correct.
It's not helpful.

Y'know... I think I've seen the original of that photo before, but for the life of me, I can't remember where. :( I think it might of been Democratic Underground's coverage of the Sept. 15th protests.
...and yeah, I think the banner was "Support the troops, bring them home."

I've been reading and trying to discern this crap but my brain is already spinning off-kilter like a top made in a Third World country and the republican symbolism probably would have put me over the top and gave me the shits. Anyway, I’m happy that the main "argument" was sufficiently Existential enough to satisfy and cause our less intellect capable red-voting dough-heads to check their respective packages. Since lately I’m not exactly comfortable with the idea of non-existence of self, I cannot be expected to have a resolution of existential anxiety as a result of concluding that I, myself, may have been an illusion all along, especially when the so-called media turns on the colored confusion. The subjective experience of being someone emerged as if a conscious information-processing system operates under a transparent self-model – rebel, provocateur, computer geek, part-time Nimrod, whatever. Because I cannot recognize my self-model as a model, it is transparent: I look right through it. I don’t see it. But I see with it. In a other, more metaphorical sense, my central claim is that as I read these lines I’ve written, I constantly confuse myself with the content of the self-model currently activated by my brain. And if you're a "conservative" it's kind of like eating unidentified chicken items because you’re supposed to clean your plate.
Please note the troops. There were plenty of them. Note the Women. Note the Men. Note the Young. Note the Old. Note the Impeach Bush signs. Note the Support the Troops sign; the other side said Bring them Home.
Every day I feel my good country slip away a bit more. How can people think they are doing good by lying? How are the so-called 'Values voters' so devoid of real values? The ironic thing is these idiots are going to be bitching loudly when they get exactly what they are asking for. Too bad at that point their complaints won't mean jack, their infantile gestures like this won't get them anything but jailed.

These guys are NOT the majority of this country. They are loud, and they are mentally handicapped to a mind mending degree. This makes them sound larger than they really are. What we have to worry about is the 75% of our population that IS capable of distinguishing between right and wrong and actually DOING something about it. In order to keep our numbers large, we need to be on the same page. Unfortunately, 1/3 of the 75% doesn't pay attention to current affairs. Another third only listen to MSM and think Obama and Hillary are the only choices in 08. The rest of us are divided over voting for Kucinich or not. When you take all this in to account, the mentally challenged 25% are a little more noticable.

Or blown to smithereens, but that's actually what any christian lion-hearted martyr wants, they'll tell you..
Yes, CodePink is a threat to the lives of our troops fighting in Iraq. They want them to come home and live out the rest of their lives peacefully instead of being shot at every hour of every day ad infinitum! They are traitors and should be ashamed of themselves.

I can't believe they actually did that.....despicable....down right rotten....
I can believe they did it. No problem at all believing that.
I'd like to see the a real photo of the banner san photoshopping.
The original is in someone's camera. I don't think I got a shot, but this is incentive to go over the pics.
Probably something like "Support the Troops, Bring Them Home!"
Code Pink ladies are everyday American heros, IMHO.
How many have been duped already?

The photo needs further photo shopping.
The faces need to be changed to those of W, Dick, Karl, Rummy, etc., etc.
They'd look appropriate in pink, too, if not pretty.

Bit NOLA @ 7:
now that's a great idea.
OT but KO says bush used a fake terror threat to get congress to pass that extra spying bill in a hurry last month.
Apparently Paula Zahn has her job back! Didn't someone here write about what an ass-hole CNN was with regards to the way they treat their emplyees?

Thank God for Sadly, No!. I'd never be able to tackle Pammy on a daily basis like those terrific bloggers do. xoxo on all of them.
