Jeez, so it seems that Iran is not an aggressor nation, but a *passive aggressor* nation.

Oh, how misled we've been in the whole matter. *sigh*

Neither of the media player links work

[Thanks. I'll let someone know. BTW everyone else-the QT link works fine-Sitemonitor]

Cage match to the death. It's the only way.

Heck, throw in Cheney too.

One speaks farsi; the other speaks "farce-ee."

BTW everyone else-the QT link works fine-Sitemonitor]

Nope, not for me, I got error messages.

frist.com

Now we know why cowboys were always throwing lassoes over each other. They were Brokebacks into Bondage.

Idiot ideologue + idiot idealogue + lots of weapons = war coming soon

Jon's Jewish mother impersonation sounds like Harvey Fierstein.

they need to make celebrity death match claymation with cokehead and Ahmedinnerjacket as Stephanie Miller calls him

two peas in a pod

Who's crazier? Hint: one of them hasn't invaded 2 sovereign nations.

bush has an uncanny knack (coincidence alert: bush loves the knack) of empowering, strengthening and giving legitimacy to those he claims are our enemies.

first he strengthened osama bin laden--as al qaeda has grown in power, increased its sway and regrouped

and, now, he is helping the domestically-unpopular ahmadinejad consolidate his power.

it is glaringly obvious that bush policies and his embarrassing fumbling has made america less secure, increased the divisiveness, all while making al qaeda more secure and ensuring the any iranian moderation is quelched.

george bush, i call you the worst failure humanity has cursed the earth with.

Nice bit at the end of the show with the moment of Zen and FOX's REFUSAL (you know it is) to even pronounce the man's name properly.

Isn't the idea of building up the power and threat of the enemy to either :
A: Make yourself appear more powerful when you stomp on them.
or B: Make it seem as if the enemy was just to omnipotent for anyone when you get stomped on them instead, so it wasn't all THAT bad of you losing.

Isn't that what we did in WWII, with the germans?

OT: Just saw Yahoo News that Prez.bush-lite is imposing "sanctions" against 14
senior officials of the Myanmar/Burma government. Oooooh scary and such strong
action...NOT Has absolutely NO affect since the junta government has few, if any assets,
within U.S., so again this is just more talking(lip service)rathet than taking action which would have serious consequences on the Burma government; such as imposing sanctions against China who has HUGE trade arrangements w/Burma.

Sorry, building up the HYPE of the power and threat of the enemy...

Lets see, Ahmadinejad & Bush.....Bush & Ahmadinejad. Not much difference as far as I can tell.

Both are accomplished liars. Both are hell-bent on starting WWIII and keeping the spoils for themselves and their cronies. Both are religious nut jobs .

Oh wait. Here's something different. One of them depends on Osama bin Laden to strengthen his political power and the other is Ahmadinejad.

Oh Bush you big silly! You brag that the US gives out about 16 billion dollars for good stuff, while we spend almost 1 trillion dollars for a two front, endless occupation. Just compare zeros and you'll see that the first doesn't counter the second.

Ah, the true feeling of bottomless shame he gives me.

Ahmedinejad: Seek peace, equal rights, the future, soverign rights, ALL people. No nukes. Rule of law

Bush: Fear, Terror, War, Threats, Attacks, Protect, Defend, Fight them. Look out!

I have no illusions about their sincerity, but Ahmedinejad speaks to the world. Bush speaks to his base.

A Celebrity Douchematch

Stewart is so damn funny. The Rodney Dangerfield de Toqueville was great, as was the Ban Ki-Moon.

Stewart is the best.

I personally think that Assif Mandvi is Stewart's best correspondent. Brilliant again!

"Sue me for loving!"

ROFLMAO!

I heart the Daily Show!!!

Hahahahaha!
Very funny.

Bush's every action is a farce and deserves to be shown as such.
Too bad this is all so serious.

"Clash of the Titans". WTF is Faux propagandizing?

[...] Watch Video [...]

We'll the first fact is Bush has nukes, bush authorized use of nukes on iran. The U.S. is the worlds only and largest and most powerful super power and Iran will be destroyed with a stroke of the pen . Iran doesn't have the military capability to stop the REAL Satan , in a conventional war, so While chucklenuts can make it look like an even fight or something on a level playing field ,Tens of Thousands of Iranians will be reduced to piles of flesh .

Personally I don't see ANYTHING funny , at this point in time, when this war criminal in the white house is about to destroy Iran for oil , just like he did in Iraq . If there were serious discussions about why the U.S. gives itself the right or has the right to attack another country, when it wants , these comic interpretations would be somewhat tolerable .

The OK Corral shootout was somewhat of a level playing field, this attack is not, and will be more like bush hitting a kid in a wheel chair with a baseball bat . But the second disaster will come afterwards, when asymmetrical warfare will start , and americans throughout the world will be at risk . Sorry , homie don't play that game , jumping on the comic bandwagon, when another impending war CRIME is about to take place , before our entertained eyes .

George Bush hit a kid in a wheelchair with a baseball bat? Does that mean that Bush had a baseball bat and hit a kid or the kid had a baseball bat when he was hit by Bush? Was Bush in the wheel chair when he hit the kid, or was the kid in the wheelchair when Bush hit him? And what's all this "it's more like Bush hitting a kid with a baseball bat"?

Who plays baseball anymore anyway?

Great as always. Stewart is an international hero. ".. so burn me in effigy..." ha ha ha

A resolution like the gop did on the Move on ad is in order:

I love you Ms Belle. Thanks much for the post!

Jon Stewart congers up the old 60's phrase of " Out a site ". Defined today in the double thousands as really good.

a "passive aggressor nation" led by a penis-height straight man versus some nation led by a Jewish mother figure with no respect for Cubans and a love of the show 'Mant'. Awesome!!! Thanks - been too long since the all-posting daily show blog pages went down. Thinking I'm hooked again ;)

[...] Here’s a clip from the one reliable news show left on television- “The Daily Show”. It’s called “Showdown at the U.N.” Hmm, wonder what it’s about. At any rate you might need Windows Media Player or you might need to contact me to see it. This is my first time trying to upload a video, so who knows if it’ll work. If nothing happens and you’re really desperate to see it because it’s really funny, go visit C&L. [...]
