I thought we wanted a President that represented all of the people in America, but that’s my fault for thinking that Liberal sand/or, Progressives were any different from Conservative nutjobs.

As for this issue, my readers aren't idiots and they know that Obama isn't just going "talking to some guy" or "going on stage with some guy", he picked that guy to do a fundraising concert for him, he's putting that guy on stage as his representative. And no, we don't want a president that represents bigots any more than we want one who represents anti-semites or white supremacists.

If again a gay activist was doing a fund raising concert for any of the Republican candidates and the conservative fundies went batshit crazy, JA and Americablog would have post after post commenting on their complete intolerance and hatred.
