Wednesday's Bushed! segment on Countdown looks at Attorney General Micheal Mukasey reversing Gonzo's practice of allowing Justice Department staffers to have full access to the White House. Republican congressman Ted Poe revealed that since being told about a KBR employee being gang raped and held against her will, he has received word from three more women who say they have been sexually assaulted by co-workers, and more Blackwater -- shooting the dog belonging to New York Times staffers in Iraq.

From Iraq Body Count:
And I'm supposed to get upset about someone shooting a dog?
Until I hear someone's going to jail for these crimes...Yawnnnn
I dirty dawg dare ya!
You complain, complain, complain, yet bash the only presidential candidate who is willing to do anything about this crap.
Spell-checker. I see a great need.
Chris from Ohio:
I bet you thought the 2004 Presidential election was fairly decided, right?
Okay, C&L, you need cans of "Troll-B-Gone" or dial "1-800-Slap-A-Troll"....
The dog-shooting doesn't strike me as evil-doing on Blackwater's part.
I have had to break up fighting dogs and it is not easy, seems like one of the animals or the handler is often hurt in someway if the two animals are unrestrained. If one of the dogs was not on a leash, that would be the most culpable pet owner. Military dogs are very expensive to train, and I do not think I could stand and watch a 10k to 20k investment be damaged by someones' "pet".
But I have few details at this point. Does anyone know more about what happened there?
Chris from Ohio @ 4:
Ron Paul is a lunatic. He wants to abolish the IRS among other things. Our taxes pay for a lot of good things. He may want to end the war, but he would also end whatever semblance we have left of civil society. He's a nutter.
I think the Administrations view is that if they keep scandal's coming fast and furious the the American public wont pay attention to any ONE Particular scandal. They figure the American Sheeple are just too dumb and numb to care.
Yeah and the DOJ couldn't even bring itself to send one representative to the hearings re: the gang rape. Can they get any more "in your face"?
Then we have this little tidbit about Diebold election software "lost in transit".

Hello? Democratic representatives? Some help here?
A dog!? How about highlighting crimes against humanity first? Theres plenty of them around.
The center for constitutional rights filed another lawsuit against Blackwater yesterday for a shooting resulting in 5 iraqi people dead and ten injured on September 9. How many dogs, cats or pigeons injured in the shooting is still unknown

You're an interpreter by trade aren't you?
I think you've got something there. Senory Overload!
BUSHED....they forgot: "THE ENTIRE PLANET EARTH''.
Chicago School economics and eugenics are the top regifted items from every repub administration
if terrorism suspects can be renditioned then couldn't the army or special ops maybe 'aquire' rapists that are in a foreign country and render them to the army? and then to answer for their crimes.
Ms. Jones in her testimony says they know the name of at least one of the rapists.
The White house and the DoJ's communication to be limited? Dovetails nicely with Dana Perino's buck passing, a recent Daily Briefing.... maybe Mukasey is a real lawyer type guy. He's in the damage control mold though... you know - don't answer any questions - I'll do the talking now - cause if someone can prove what you did - hooo boy!
I wonder how many DoJ investigations the White House isn't going to comment on - easy out...
Oh my the TRUTH may leak out.
Bush must be staining his briefs this Christmas.
I wonder if Anne Tyrrell noted that the women who were gang raped attacked the penises of the Blackwater guards, before the guards had their way with them. I guess the women, like the dog got what they deserved.
Pray tell Anne, did the New York Times dog resemble the three-headed rottie from Harry Poter. I bet it had to since the only way to control it was to shoot it. And isn't shooting anything that is moving, Blackwater's way to clear a busy civilian street so their diplomats could get through.
How much more S*#t do we have to take from this company. This heartless company that is doing our soldiers jobs and getting paid 3 to 5 times more than our soldiers.
If the Bush Administration had any backbone, decency and any Christianity at all, they would end these contracts, or at least make Blackwater and its employees be held accountable for their actions.
But this is an administartion that lies, commits treason, manipulates the press, steals from the treasury, rapes its own Nation for their own greed. So, why should they have a backbone, represent decency and display any inkling of Christian characteristics at all.
I wonder how long it will be, after Bush slinks away from the White House, until this great Nation is Great once again.
Jo @ 8:
Our state and local taxes pay for a lot of good things. The federal income tax is an illegal, unconstitutional tax on our labor. Period. How do you think stuff got paid for before 1913? Say what you want about Ron Paul but you have no other viable option. Hillary, Obama, Guiliani, Romney....they will all continue the same neo-con, CFR policies. You will fall in love with Hillary and she will win (it's already been decided) and you will celebrate and think you won. But just wait until you find out what's in store after that. Believe me, I was you not too long ago. The 2006 elections ended that. I will never align myself with a specific party ever again.
[Are you this rude when you visit your friends? If they have rules like no smoking in their home, do you consider it a right for visiting smokers to light up? I have been polite, explained the rules to you over and over again. You are a hair's breadth from banning, smarty pants. And I'll go through your 115 comments and take down all of the off topic, all caps posts you have ever made on the site.-Sitemonitor]
