I had sent in a email, and the clip was not posted, but Cokie Roberts really came off rather racist this morning on This Week, and of course, GS didn't challenge her. She said that who Obama needs to pick as his VP is a gun-tooting, Bible-thumping white guy.......then she said maybe that's who the Party should have picked in the first place.

This was after she said how shcoked she was at the sexism of the media and punditry towards Hillary. She ahs said things like this in the past, but she truly is disgusted that Hillary will not be president. She feels that woman's liberty has taken a backseat to the desire of the country to elect a person of colorto the OO.

She makes me sick, and so does that show for having his silly ass on there every other week.

hillary has also been a DIEBOLD beneficiary. she wan all the states that count with DIEBOLD, with the possible exception of NC.

Frankly, I haven't been paying attention to that. Even if Hillary was a beneficiary, it hasn't won her the nomination. Rushbo's Operation Chaos has been a bust too.

Besides, Diebold is solidly GOP. And between the two Urosevich brothers, who own Diebold and ES&S, they count about 80% of the vote. I'm more worried about what they'll do for McSame than Hillary.

NJ is an electronic voting state in which one of three votes cannot be absolutely verified. those machines are Sequoia, a Venezuelan company. it's a mess!!!!!!!!!!!

A man who hid pedophiles within his own church (Where were those abused children's right to the dignity of life?)

What about the dignity of the lives of women all over the world? Do they not have a right to self-determination by virtue of the fact that they may choose how large a family that they may have? Or do the rights of a potential life take precedent over a woman's life?

Tell me the kind of dignity of life that women have (or their children, for that matter) when they have mouths that they cannot feed or the toll that is placed on a body that has been forced to bear children ad infinitum. What kind of dignity of life does a family have when the mother dies from complications of childbirth because she was forced to have yet another child? (These things and more occurred for years in England and Ireland and many other Catholic communities around the world)

One need only look to places in this world where birth control is not available to see the kind of poverty and desperation that exists when women are not allowed to choose the size of their families. In some cases, heartbreaking stories of elder children having to raise younger siblings because of the death of a mother?

"What must be defended is not only the true concept of life but above all the dignity of the very person," the pope added. What he meant to say is unless you are a woman, then you don't really count except as a birthing vessel.

So, Happy Mother's Day from the Pope! Have more children. Do not think for yourself. You have no choice if you are a woman. And beware the next nominee to the Supreme Court, because, the end game is to end contraception, not just the right to choose. With 5 Catholics on the SCOTUS, now... where do you think we are heading?

And for the record, the original intent of Mother's Day was to bring an end to WAR that is the number one offense to the "dignity of life."

As for President Carter... If we had followed his vision (in the 70's) of having 20-40% of our country's energy being derived from solar power by the year 2000, does anyone think that we would have needed to invade a foreign country illegally for oil? But, NOOOOO! Reagan had to pull the solar panels off of the White House and defund alternative energy research. How insightful that was.

Pope ex-nazi Benedict reiterated a 40 year old ban on contraception and called artificial procreation methods an offense against the "dignity of life."

I hope the Pope never suffers the indignities of medical care. No finger in the butt. No nakedness of skin for view by a doctor. We must preserve his dignity, after all, so there needs to be a law protecting his dignity from probing doctor-fingers. Never mind what his individual choice may be.
