Customers are suing the city of Sandy Springs, Georgia over an ordinance which requires people to have a prescription, or a medical or scientific reason, in order to buy a vibrator. It’s actually easier to get a gun than to get a sexual device in the state of Georgia. Guns don’t kill people, vaginas do.
The suit was filed by Melissa Davenport and her attorney, Gerry Weber, because they want the government out of the business of regulating private lives.
