Colbert hosted Anita Sarkeesian, the woman who was forced to cancel a recent lecture at Utah State University after receiving vile online threats to discuss GamerGate and why it's really about violence against women and not ethics in journalism, as the GamerGate proponents claim.

The best part is the interview with Colbert and Sarkeesian, in particular where he suggests perhaps 'separate but equal' games to avoid conflict between men and women, and other interesting ideas.

Maybe if they could figure out how to make this madness stop there would be a way to apply it to political discourse online too, which is just as vile as the gamer insanity.

Enjoy.
