CPAC is a mess.
The conservative movement loves to call themselves insurgents but they can't spoon it up when it comes to half their audience supporting Donald Trump.
A sizable number of attendees at a Ted Cruz speech booed and then walked out when the Texas Senator criticized Donald Trump. Trump didn't attend the conservative convention this year, citing campaign scheduling conflicts.
I kept waiting for Ted Cruz to mesmerize the crowd with the magic words, "Ronald Reagan" but everybody knows Donald Trump IS Ronald Reagan for many of these doofuses. The candidate that will bring all the slogans to the party about America and greatness, and have no policies anyone can point to, until it is too late. Then, whoops! Weapons got sold to Iran, trickle-down pissed the economy away, and your job is overseas. But Murica! Greatness!
USA! USA! USA!
The conservative "movement" doesn't know what's hit them. Grab the popcorn.
