Killer Kyle Rittenhouse is once again crying the blues because a second civil lawsuit has been filed against him in regards to the night he crossed state lines to go on a shooting spree in Kenosha, Wisconsin. This time, the lawsuit has been filed by Gaige Grosskreutz, the only one of Rittenhouse's three victims who did not die that night:

"[Gaige Grosskreutz] must live with the physical and emotional wounds inflicted by Defendant Rittenhouse and the Defendants who deputized and enabled him," the lawsuit reads.

The lawsuit claims a failure to intervene on the part of law enforcement, saying they, "neglected to prevent or aid in preventing these wrongful acts where the wrongful acts were committed and could have been prevented by reasonable diligence."

The lawsuit seeks relief in the form of economic damages for, "emotional distress, humiliation, loss of enjoyment of life, and other pain and suffering."

Rittenhouse is already facing a lawsuit from the family of Anthony Huber, one of the two people who died at Rittenhouse's hand. Rittenhouse tried to squash the lawsuit but a judge had ruled earlier this month that it could proceed.

Killer Kyle responded to this second lawsuit pretty much as one would have expected - he went on social media to cry about it and beg for money (spelling error is all his):

What Killer Kyle hasn't figured out yet is that actions have consequences. Hopefully, he soon will learn that.
