Carlyfornia
This is conservative thought at its best.
DSCC has a mock site going.
CNN has a piece on it.
As former Hewlett-Packard CEO Carly Fiorina prepares to enter the 2010 California Senate race on the GOP side, her quirky new Web site is being ridiculed by the online community — and not just by those on the political left.
Republicans are also snickering about her bare-bones site, CarlyforCalifornia.com, which launched Monday and welcomes visitors with an animation describing a potential showdown between Fiorina and Democratic Sen. Barbara Boxer in curious terms.
"It's Day and Night," the bright red Web site reads. "It's Dogs and Cats. It's Good and Bad. It's Carly vs. Boxer."
After hinting that the Republican's official entry into the race is "coming soon," the animation concludes with a pun: "Carlyfornia dreamin!!!"
She's showing off those hi-tech chops that she demonstrated so shrewdly while driving H-P into a ditch, I guess.

... almost ran Lucent (nee Bell Labs) and Hewlett Packard into the ground. The best thing she ever did for those two companies was to actually leave, literally: I am not kidding, look at the historic stock prices of both companies, and you can make a very educated guess that she is the touch of death of anything she manages.
The last thing California needs, especially during the current crisis, is another inverse queen midas to drive the final nail in its coffin.
She has more money than she can ever spend, she is set for life, why do these people feel the need to make everybody else miserable with their hubris? At some point it has to be pathological, because there is no monetary reward for this that can match the loot she made during her CEO tenure.
With an expertise for running companies into the ground, why would we even consider her for office?
In a nutshell.

Don't let it happen to you.
me-oww!
ran every business adventure he started and Yet, we let him STEAL 2 election and destroy our country... Now , by Obama , Emanuel and the democrats lack of backbone they are letting the republicans blame the democrats for the past criminal and destruction to our country..
I believe democrats with the internet have become to passive and no longer demand the government to stop their criminal and corrupted policies and actions..
None
Have become a social club and they are no longer worth their salary...
They are more concern about their republicans friends in Washington then the voters which voted them in office..
None
You're witnessing Carlyfornication.
I doubt if Carly gets out of the primary. Boxer all the way!
but that DSCC site is just petty, childish and stupid. The Dems are supposed to be the Big Boy and Girl Party. They should grow up and shitcan that site.
Have we not started selecting candidates to run against the blues dogs which are coming up for reelection in 2010 or 2012 NOW>.
None
Which is ok with me.
Senator Boxer is the real deal. While I think she is still a moderate Dem. She is more to the left than most Dems.
She'll get my complete support.
What is your conceptual, continuity?
Here is the Republidiot's bizarre web page:
http://www.carlyforcalifornia.com/default_fla...
Is it a spoof? I know that Republidiots are idiots with Republican IQs, but is that an actual stupid rightard politician's actual freaken' web site?
If so, good bloody grief, Republicanism really is the dregs of the genetically damaged end of the gene pool.
I don't know how we can account for it.
*
She's the one dreaming. I've been to the site and it is a great big ZERO.
I don't have a clue why she thinks she can take Boxer on. Boxer will steamroll right over her with her eyes shut.
*
Carlyforniadreamin?
So, I'm thinking they should ad "It's Father & Daughter" to their banner.
She should save herself the public embarrassment and give up now.

I am sorry this is off topic, but this video is outrageous. When asked by two G20 protesters to condemn the bombing of innocent children, Sean Hannity would not. Must see this video. Make it go viral.

She's showing off those hi-tech chops that she demonstrated so shrewdly while driving H-P into a ditch, I guess.
Where's the fun for the rest of us if she quits now?
Great timing - Mackenzie Phillips just revealed that she had a 10-year incestuous relationship with her father, John Phillips.
Gee, Carly, that's a GREAT way to kick of a campaign - associate yourself with a father trying to break up his daughter's wedding, get high with her, then rape her when she passes out the night before the wedding.
Lovely imagery.
I guess when your legacy is helping to bring down Lucent and HP, then getting canned for spying on your employees, anything that changes the focus can't be all bad...
Just another GOP imbecile that is a legend in her own mind. She is a political neophyte that is in way, way over her head.

That is not a website, but a webpage. And not a very good one.
Just for S & Gs, I clicked through to her facebook page, and LMAO @:
I wonder why she edited her gender? ;o}
I pledge allegiance to the Constitution of the United States of America, and to the republic which it established, one nation from many peoples, promising liberty and justice for all
I was afraid to allow script on her site, reached thru the eschaton link
me-oww!

2 faux dems....so why not have a repuke...wont make much diff anyway
Sorry, Carly. It's all in your mind. I'm not even breathing heavily.

Has anyone ever told Carly that studies have shown that large amounts of the color red on web sites tend to piss people off?
Using that red color probably reveals her pro-Soviet sympathies.

or maybe she think's she can get another golden parachute...
Destroy every business adventure he started, Yet,, we let him STEAL 2 elections..

Carly was supposed to be one of the BEST AND BRIGHTEST of the McCain campaign.
The McCain campaign was one of the most INCOMPETANT PRESIDENTIAL CAMPAIGNS in recent memory.
Carly got ASH-CANNED from THAT operation for being an IDIOT and not being able to control her mouth! Remember? She said publically that NONE of the candidates could run a large corporate entity! SHE TRASHED HER OWN CANDIDATE!
Was she in on the Compaq deal? Some things just don't compute ;D
Study the symptoms not the virus...
the HP Pavilion / Compaq Center as the "Carly Fi-Arena."
that she gets her bony ass whupped by Boxer.
She would have a better shot at beating Feinstein.
Feinstein should lose her own primary.......she's a Repug in disguise.
'Talk to the hand'
Carly isn't exactly oriented towards helping people. She's for corporations and the two she headed, esp. HP, she pretty much ran into the ground. She and Meg Whitman (eBay) feel entitled to "run the country" because they profited from corporatism. I think we're in big trouble if more people like these two gain any more footholds.
From Wikipedia:
In January 2004, at a meeting to "head off rising protectionist sentiment in Congress," Fiorina said: "There is no job that is America's God-given right anymore. We have to compete for jobs as a nation."[28][29][30] While Fiorina argued that the only way to "protect U.S. high-tech jobs over the long haul was to become more competitive [in the United States]," her comments prompted "strong reactions" from some technology workers who argued that lower wages overseas outside the United States encouraged the offshoring of American jobs.[31] Fiorina responded against protectionism in an editorial in the Wall Street Journal, writing that while "America is the most innovative country," it would not remain so if the country were to "run away from the reality of the global economy."[32]
