Michael Steele gets a beatdown from angry RNC member who asks him to resign

His shuck and jive routine ain't flying with his party. And it's even worse for him when 33% of the committee want him out. The percentage is so high because there are only three African American members,
Michael Steele should resign as Republican National Committee (RNC) chairman, according to a committee member from North Carolina.
In an e-mail to fellow RNC members obtained by The Hill, Dr. Ada Fisher, North Carolina's national committeewoman, said Steele is "eroding confidence" in the GOP and that members of his transition team should encourage him to step aside. Fisher added Steele's personal e-mail address to the e-mail.
I don't want to hear anymore [sic] language trying to be cool about the bling in the stimulus package or appealing to D.L. Hughley and blacks in a way that isn't going to win us any votes and makes us frankly appear to many blacks as quite foolish," Fisher wrote.Fisher, who is one of three black members of the national committee, backed South Carolina GOP Chairman Katon Dawson, whom Steele edged out in the final round of voting to win the chairmanship in late January. She has voiced repeated opposition to Steele, sending dozens of e-mails to committee members even after Steele won election slamming him for any number of chips that have fallen awry.
Fisher’s call for Steele’s resignation comes amid growing frustration in the GOP that the new chairman’s repeated gaffes are hurting the party.
It hasn't helped him that he compared the GOP to the Nazi party either.
Hughley said that last year's Republican National Convention "literally looked like Nazi Germany. It literally did." GOP insiders who saw the performance unanimously agreed that Steele was seriously, perhaps unforgivably, remiss in not challenging a television host who compared Republicans to Nazis.

We laughed so hard watching Rachel Maddow's interview with the RNC woman who had sent out the email.
Ms Fisher was pointedly disturbed at the fact her email was "private" and sent to a few of her handpicked fellow GOP'ers . . one of which "leaked" it to the Hill.
We also cracked up when she kept wimpering on the issue "the job of the RNC was to drum up money" for candidate's races and nothing more.
Her church lady hand wringing sob sister fest was too good to be true.
We all concluded it took serious balls o' steel for Rachel to keep a serious face and let Ms. Fisher send out her coded messages unabated.

I recall the RNC's 'shock and awe' when GW's name was sent into the RNC as a candidate to run for Prez . . ROFLMAO . .I read reports that stated the RNC staff thought someone had sent GW's name in as a "prank".
Seems their personal opinions and inside info on the intellectually and spiritually constipated GW did not raise enough RNC consternation to "protect America"....but let us not forget Mission was Accomplished for their concerted goals of flushing America down the drain was accomplished by the prank who would be king.

What I'd have preferred to see if hypothetically Steele had any respect was when Bachmann said to him "You be da man!" He should have fixed her with a 'are you serious?' look and said, "Shut the fuck up!" Should have went off on her ala-Dave Chappelle from his skit "When keepin it real goes wrong" about the black executive blew up at his white boss for talking to him like a homey.

It's okay if a wealthy wall-streeter (aka Bernie Madoff) steals billions, and it's okay to plea bargain that, but poor kids who steal 50 bucks on a three strike count go to jail for life.
It's okay for the ultra wealthy to garner a greater percentage of wealth through tax cuts by the government, but when that flow is altered towards the other wealth classes, it's called government wealth distribution.

After watching the film "W" and enduring 8 years of a dry drunk in the White House, I can understand why Michael Steele has to use a "12-step" alcoholic analogy for a party that was drunk on power. The problem is, it's too late, there's too much damage been done to the body politic of the Grand Obstructionist Party.
They're forced to have to rely on Geeky Twerp Cantor, Used Car Salesman Boehner, Oreo Cookie Steele, Ditzy Palin and the Oxycotin Zeppelin Limpballs to put out their tired out, irrelavant talking points that no one wants to hear anymore.
