Extinctionists/Deniers/'skeptics' STFU: The world stands to gain 6.9 million jobs by 2030 in the clean energy sector if a strong deal is reached in Copenhagen, according to a report released recently by Greenpeace International and the European Renewable Energy Council (EREC).

"A switch from coal to renewable electricity generation will not just avoid 10 billion tons of CO2 emissions, but will create 2.7 million more jobs by 2030 than if we continue business as usual."

"They're not doing anything" - typical idiot con-serative..... Oh really, yeah, they're just doing a complete 180* turn (state funded & private backed renewable revolutions), owning the world solar market manufacturing, and ALREADY have a MPG standard of 35.8 (we will have 35.5 in 2016 whoopee!) which will be 42.2 by 2015.... Yeah...con-servatives are fiddling while the US economy burns....

"The states in the mid-Atlantic and Northeast regions want to be the captains of their own clean energy future," said Mark Sinclair, executive director of the Clean Energy Group, a nonprofit that promotes state renewable power initiatives.

"They don't want transmission to be built from the Great Plains that then dictate that they have to purchase wind and coal from the Midwest," he added. "They realize if they are going to avoid that kind of national transmission approach they need to tap resources in this region, and do it soon."

Rep. Alan Grayson, a Democrat from Orlando, has continued his attacks on Republicans since the floor speech that included the "die quickly" remarks, stirring up anger from the GOP.

Many Democrats, however, are treating Grayson like a hero for fighting back against Republicans who oppose President Barack Obama's proposed health care overhaul.

Rush said he "spawned" Glenn Beck. How's that thought for ruining your breakfast? He also said about Beck, Right on Daddy-O.
Gosh, is Rush cool or what? Now I'm going to toss my brain into my clothes washer and put in some heavy duty detergent. Let's hope all the taint comes out.

)O(

It it oily?

Probably that too. For sure I know it's nasty after having thoughts of Rush and Beck this early in the day. Now if you find a video of someone washing their brain, I may go insane. :)

Seven minutes before nine in Florida is not too oily. Seven minutes before the reruns of last night's Daily Show and Colbert on comedy central. See ya in an hour.

I haven't seen any buildings in San Antonio that big going up lately. Maybe it's underground.....or maybe they finally found a good use for the Alamodome :).

It seems safe to assume that in the near term many of the higher paying industrial and technical jobs that have been lost have moved overseas and will not be regained. Meanwhile, this country faces a massive unemployment problem while multi-national corporations and financial institutions are achieving record-breaking profits. One of the reasons for these profits are the increases in productivity achieved by the American worker. Yet these increases have not yielded any reduction in the number of full time hours worked by the average individual. In fact, more people are working longer hours than ever before. It is about time that the standard 40 hour work week be reduced to reflect and share the gains in productivity, while putting more people to work.

ie: The reduction in the standard work week would not result in a reduction of total earnings or benefits

and taxes. Obey Authority.

Monday as investors looked to a slew of U.S. corporate earnings reports this week for signs of economic recovery.

How is there going to be an economic recovery when the U.S. growth is is dependent on about $12 per barrel oil?

Wow, the trolls are out in force to defend Mark Levin's latest BS over at the Ed site...
