According to iCasualties, the total number of allied service members killed in Afghanistan is now 2,862. During this same period, Iraq Body Count lists 124 Iraqi civilians killed.

Though ABC did not acknowledge it, notable passings in the last two weeks include peace activist Marv Davidov, reporter Richard Threlkeld, politician Alex DeCroce, conservative commentator Tony Blankley and photographer Eve Arnold.
