Every couple of years some major article is written claiming that guitar music is dead.

A lot of people don't get the memo. And that's a good thing. Take folks in Australia for instance. The last few years there has been a ton of great bands making rumblings in the punk/garage/noise/pop scenes there and a couple of them have even managed to have the sounds gurgle above the underground. With a mix of big jangled hooks (Rickenbacker guitars abounds!!!), a bit of a gruff punk rock edge and a dash or two of 60's soul, Royal Headache's 2nd album, High, has found itself placing in a lot of best of 2015 year end lists.
