Judge Rules Giuliani Defamed Georgia Poll Workers

Rudy will have to shell out big bucks to Georgia poll workers, Shaye Moss and Ruby Freeman.

Rudy Giuliani just got slapped with a default judgment in the defamation lawsuit brought against him by the two Georgia poll workers who had their lives turned upside down by the slanderous and defamatory statements made about them by Rudy Giuliani, Trump and the entire right wing media machine. Ruby Freeman and Shaye Smith testified in front of the January 6th committee in an absolutely heartbreaking hearing about how the statements made by Rudy, Trump and others literally made them the target of death threats to the point where their ability to live normal lives stopped.

From spending time in public with their families, kids and grandkids to feeling like they were unsafe in their own homes. And their crime? NOTHING. They merely volunteered to ensure that the 2020 presidential election was safe and secure. These are not political operatives. They merely did what tens of thousands of other patriotic Americans did all over the country. They helped with the election.

The judgment was pretty scathing. Read it in full here. You can read the entire 57-page opnion below.

The most interesting part, to me, was a reference made at the end of the judgment where Judge Howell said that Giuliani is HIDING ASSETS. The closing stated that the "jury will be instructed that they must, when determining an appropriate sum of punitive damages, infer that he is intentionally trying to hide relevant discovery about his financial assets for the purpose of artificially deflating his net worth."

Whoo doggie. That is NEVER good for a defendant.

Rudy Colludy REALLY needs Trump to pay him for his services now.
