I guess if he had a sixth finger we could add the skyrocketing debt and the outrageous costs of fighting a war no one wants and we're not going to win. But alas...

This is a rerun of an earlier cartoon because Ratt is traveling for a couple of weeks. Meanwhile, it's the dawg days of August, the kiddies are going back to school, the weather is scorching hot here in Southern California and we're counting down to Election Day. Already.
